President Biden’s ‘Open-Border’ Policy Is A Warning To All Americans

Just hours after being sworn into office, President Biden took several immigration-related actions for immigration policy, including a commitment to strengthen DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and put a 100-day pause on certain removals, which Federal Judge Drew Tipton suspended immediately. President Biden has also signed an executive order to terminate border wall construction and build a 21st-century immigration systems that welcome millions of illegal immigrants and refugees into the U.S. Now, President Biden has signed a complete open-border policy on the southwest border.

So much for fighting COVID-19?

Former President Donald Trump is one of many politicians criticizing Biden for the swarm of migration at the US-Mexico border. In a 428-word email, Trump called out Biden for releasing criminals back onto the streets, crowding hospitals, overwhelming local communities, and spreading COVID-19 by the minute.

“When I left office, we had achieved the most secure border in our country’s history. Under Biden, it will soon be worse, more dangerous, and more out of control than ever before. He has violated his oath of office to uphold our Constitution and enforce our laws,” Trump wrote.

Because of this, the Biden Administration has already reopened two overflow facilities for unaccompanied minors. The CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) even altered guidelines to allow these facilities 100% capacity. Last week alone, the Department of Health and Human Services took in more than 7,700 children in its custody, which exceeded the all-time record by 45%. Federal officials have also requested an additional 20,000 beds.

Even the press has caught on with the hypocrisy and outrage the Biden Administration gave Trump over “children in cages,” before making a similar move.

Now, lawmakers are raising concerns over President Biden’s nomination, Xavier Becerra, to lead Health and Human Services. While the nomination vote in the Senate Finance Committee ended in a tie, it will continue to the Senate floor for an additional vote in the next few days. An aide to Sen. Tom Cotton warned that Becerra’s interests are in weaponizing HHS to push for open borders and get illegal aliens on government-subsidized health care options, such as Medicaid.

Sen. Tom Cotton and Rep. Dan Bishop wrote a letter to President Biden warning him of Becerra’s objectives to decriminalize illegal immigration. They wrote that his lack of healthcare experience and enthusiasm for replacing private health insurance with government-run Medicare for all renders him “unfit for any position of public trust, and especially for HHS Secretary.” The letter was cosigned by Sens Ted Cruz, John Kennedy, Marsha Blackburn, Steve Daines, Mike Lee, Jim Risch, and 68 members of the House of Representatives.

The letter and all signatures can be read here.

Federation for American Immigration Reform President Dan Stein also urged senators to vote no on Becerra’s nomination, noting that he was one of many leading the efforts to divert state resources to provide publicly subsidized health care coverage to illegal aliens, noting that “countless other urgent needs were neglected.” Former Californians also talked about how “corrupt” Becerra is, adding that he hates America and thinks we stole several states from the Mexicans. “His loyalty is to Mexico, not the U.S,” one user warned.

By opening borders, suspending wall construction, putting “children in cages,” and nominating officials with questionable motives, President Biden has made it abundantly clear that he wants an uncontrolled invasion of our country. He is more concerned about the state and wellbeing of illegal immigrants than he is about getting U.S citizens back to work.
