Department Of Justice Investigating Democratic Lobbying Firm Connected To Hunter Biden

The U.S Department of Justice is now investigating the work of a Democratic lobbying firm, Blue Star Strategies, that supposedly worked with Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company that paid President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, $83,000 a month to sit on the board of.

Despite having any experience in the industry, Blue Star Strategies is being looked into for potential illegal lobbying after it took on Burisma as a client. The Blue Star Strategies co-founders have been longtime Washington operatives that have previously worked with the Clinton administration. While Burisma continues to face allegations of corruption, the investigation has now subjected Blue Star to government scrutiny too. Wherever the Biden’s or Clintons are involved, corruption is too.

“One focus of the investigation is whether the firm failed to comply with disclosure requirements under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), a law that requires Americans to disclose lobbying and public affairs work for foreign officials and political parties,” the report reads.

Sources report that four people with knowledge of the probe have indicted an ongoing criminal investigation into the lobbying firm. Blue Star did not disclose their work to the Justice Department or that Burisma was one of their clients when they met with officials during their representation of Burisma. Burisma supposedly hired Blue Star to find out why then-US Ukraine Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt had accused the company of corruption in 2015. They said they were “unhappy with the rhetoric from U.S officials.”

While Burisma’s founder Mykola Zlochevsky had $23 million seized in 2014 by British authorities for corruption, Pyatt accused the company again in 2015 of corruption. He blamed the prosecutor for aiding Zlochevsky in getting millions back and using Blue Star’s help to do it.

Investigators uncovered email correspondence between former Obama State Department officials and former Ukrainian prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko. Lutsenko had told former Obama State Department official George Kent that he had been “pitched” by Hunter Biden and the Blue Star Strategies lobbying firm to gain access to “higher levels” of the Clinton campaign in the weeks leading up to the 2016 presidential election.

In 2016, Lutsenko replaced Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor investigating Burisma’s founder Mykola Zlochevsky, after the Obama administration pushed him to be removed from his post. President Joe Biden even boasted on camera that he successfully pressured Ukraine to drop their prosecutor. It was reported later on by the Justice Department that the firm was working with the enforcement of foreign governments’ efforts in order to influence U.S politics.

A number of emails were also released as part of the Freedom of Information Act, which revealed that correspondence between Kent and Obama administration officials about a meeting with Lutsenko. He wrote that Lutsenko will not likely go to DC with Blue Star and even described some of the news reports surrounding the 2016 election-related to Ukrainian lobbying. He said he had mentioned the “various money flows” from Ukraine to lobbyists and that Lutsenko got the drift that it was not ‘ideal timing.’ Seems like he got cold feet with all of the corruption.

The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) defines political activities as “any activity that the person engaging in believes will … or … intends to … influence any agency or official of the Government of the United States or any section of the public within the United States with reference to formulating, adopting, or changing the domestic or foreign policies of the United States.”

If the mainstream media acts as they have with Hunter Biden all year long, they’ll claim a new coverup where they didn’t find any wrongdoing on Hunter’s behalf and that the charges are not applicable.

Once they finish investigating Burisma and Blue Star Strategies, they can move on to investigating the firearms application that Hunter Biden illegally filled out. The corruption never ends when it comes to the Biden family.
