Even in left-leaning New York City, anti-mandate billboards are popping up and rallies are being held to protect the freedom of residents against the coronavirus vaccine mandates. One of the most popular billboards that just popped up in Times Square had been funded by the conservative advocacy group Job Creators Network (JCN) and reads, “Hey Joe, time to let the mandate go. Stop making small businesses your vaccine police.”
Rallies and movements against mandates come after President Joe Biden announced his own controversial federal vaccine mandate, which would mandate all companies with over 100 employees to require employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
JCN President and CEO Alfredo Ortiz said in a press release that small businesses are facing the “most challenging period” in decades and that the vaccine mandate only dumps more fuel on the already “raging economic dumpster fire.” He said it will only end up crippling labor shortages and is a clear overreach of executive power by the Biden administration.
JCN will also fight the Biden administration in court, pledging to sue over the mandate and protect thousands of small businesses across the country. He said President Biden is attempting to enlist Main Street as “foot soldiers” to carry out their agenda and pay for the overreach of executive power.
“It’s one thing for a private company to require staff to be vaccinated, but it’s a whole other ballgame when the government mandates it and then forces employers to police and pay for it. JCN is ready to take legal action against the Biden administration on behalf of small businesses if the White House doesn’t change course,” Ortiz said.
Nearly 1,000 people gathered in a Times Square rally over the weekend to protest the COVID-19 vaccine, with some people wearing t-shirts that read, “My Body, My Choice,” “Freedom Over Fear,” and “De Blasio is the Virus.” Others chanted “I stand with Kyrie Irving,” a reference to the unvaccinated Nets player who is banned from playing until he gets the vaccine. Workers said they were standing up for their freedom and indivisible rights by coming together as a group and knowing that they are not alone.
Since the end of August, the Big Apple is requiring proof of vaccination for people to enter restaurants, gyms, and shows. Many protesters demanded an end to the city’s vaccine passport mandate and were spotted in Make America Great Again (MAGA) hats and sporting red, white, and blue clothing. A lot of people in the crowd were also protesting to impeach Biden, calling him a “killer, pervert, and traitor.”
Robert F. Kennedy Jr, the board chair of Children’s Health Defense, said vaccines are not safe and effective for everyone, adding that they have no business giving it to little children. He called it “unethical” and a form of “medical malpractice.” Kennedy has been on the frontlines of talking about the risks of the vaccine and has fought many battles against Big Tech, with video platform YouTube yanking his Health Defense Channel and Instagram pulling his account.
The Labor Department or the Occupational Safety and Health Administration has not released an official report on the mandate but it will hit thousands of businesses employing millions of workers. The order will hold business owners responsible for carrying out the mandate, including paid time off for workers to receive the vaccine or facing a $14,000 non-compliance fine.
Big Pharma and Big Government are protected against any liabilities and lawsuits stemming from the brand new vaccine, but employers and small businesses will be held accountable for total liability and all of the damages caused by a forced mandate. Taking the Biden Administration to court now will save companies from the billions in damage over the experimental shot. Even New York, one of the most left-leaning areas in the country, is over the vaccine mandates and knows this is nothing but an overreach of political power.
