China Mocks Joe Biden For No Federal Solution To Pandemic

China’s state-run propaganda newspaper Global Times mocked President Joe Biden’s campaign promise to end the Chinese coronavirus epidemic. Instead, he declared Monday that there was “no federal solution”.
