Ron DeSantis Accompanied Wife To Cancer Treatment While Critic Claimed He Was Missing

Florida Republican Governor. Ron DeSantis was recently with his wife during her treatment for cancer when he was accused of being on vacation by the radical left press. 

DeSantis announced that his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer in October. He told Fox News that Casey, as the mother of three young children and the center of their family, had said that Casey was the “center of our family” and that she has had a significant impact on the lives of many Floridians by her efforts as the first lady.

In Florida, Democratic Mayor Jerry Demings from Orange County, Florida, criticized DeSantis during a press conference Tuesday. He was speaking out amid rising COVID cases. It suggested that state residents should be “outraged” at DeSantis’s failure to appear in front of the media during this spike.

“All Florida residents should be indignant and ask the question: “Now, where is our state?” “Where’s our governor?” Demings said. “Where is Ron DeSantis?” Demings asked. What was the last time that you were able to see the governor give a briefing on COVID-19? Others, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, D.N.Y., used social media to criticize DeSantis, accusing him of being “inexplicably absent”

“Hasn’t Gov. “DeSantis has been missing for almost 2 weeks,” Ocasio Cortez tweeted during a Florida visit. “If he is around, I would love to say hello. His social media team appears to have been posting photos from weeks ago.” Ocasio Cortez said, “In the meantime. Perhaps I could help with the local organizing.” Ocasio Cortez was seen wearing a mask while eating and drinking outdoors in the Sunshine State. “Folks here are very open-minded.”

Christina Pushaw, DeSantis Press Secretary, replied to Reid by attaching photos of DeSantis daily schedule and asking, “Have any ever considered that you are one of the reasons no one trusts the media?”

Kyle Lamb, DeSantis’ communications staffer, also replied to Twitter critics who were asking whether DeSantis was away on vacation. He wrote: “Just FYI. [DeSantis] not on vacation. Literally, no one in our office has claimed that he is.
