President Biden received his second COVID-19 boost shot. It was administered by a member the White House Medical Unit. Biden stated, “Didn’t hurt a little.”
President Obama urged Congress to approve more COVID-19 funding. He warned that without it, the government would run out of money to buy vaccine doses, tests, and other supplies.
He said, “Let’s get it done.”
This announcement comes just days after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved a second booster dose of either Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines or Moderna COVID-19 for older adults and immunocompromised people.
Biden received his booster shot in September. On Sept. 27, 2021, the president received a third dose from Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination on camera.
