Bella, Gigi Hadid’s Mogul Dad Accuses Israel Of Buying World Media, Killing Journalists

Mohamed Hadid, a Palestinian-American realty mogul and father of supermodels Bella Hadid and Gigi Hadid, claimed Sunday that Israel killed Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Ab Akleh as part its policy of murdering journalists. He also claimed that Zionists have control over the world and all media, including the New York Times.

Hadid called on people then to follow a staunch Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions activist (BDS), who incited violence and called for Intifadas to Israelis.

Hadid asked in an Instagram post that has since been deleted, “How long can the world be silent?”

The New York Times is well-known for its anti-Zionist bias and anti-Israeli views.

Hadid’s comments were in response to a post from the Palestinian Shehab news agency that featured Bella, his daughter, and the caption: “How long can we remain silent as Israel murders journalists?”

He also encouraged people to follow Within Our Lifetime leader Nerdeen Kishwani. After being rejected by the New York Students for Justice in Palestine chapter, Kiswani founded WOL. She shared photos of herself on social media along with terrorists from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, (PLFP), such as Rasmea Odeh and Leila Khaled.

Kiswani rallied people to an armed uprising. Her group sang “there is only one answer, intifada revolution” at a March protest outside the Friends of the IDF offices.

The Jerusalem Post reported that a promotional material for a rally against Israel’s actions at the Temple Mount in Jerusalem stated: “Zionism has not place in Palestine and must be eliminated to achieve full freedom.”

According to the report, Kiswani posted a clip in 2020 where she threatened to set an IDF sweatshirt on fire. The NGO StopAntisemitism named her their “antisemite” of the year in that year.

According to The Jerusalem Post Hadid’s comments were removed shortly after being reported by the paper on Sunday.

IsraellyCool, a pro-Israel blog, reported last month that Hadid sent private messages to Danit Greenberg via Instagram, saying that “The Israeli [sic] control the media throughout the world.”

Pro-Israel activists, including Israeli importers, also came under the influence of Swarovski, an Austrian crystal manufacturer.

Swarovski’s products are imported to Israel by the Cristilano Group. They stated that Hadid would not be allowed to participate in advertising for the brand. We are taking swift action to replace her.
