Jeff Bezos, Amazon CEO and Washington Post owner, caused quite a stir when he mocked President Joe Biden for his latest solution to inflation.
Elon Tesla, the second-richest man in the world, replied to Trump’s tweet by saying that America’s current inflation crisis can be solved if “the wealthiest companies pay their fair share”.
Biden tweeted Friday: “You want lower inflation?” Let’s ensure that the richest corporations get their fair share.
Bezos mocked Biden’s tweet and began with a joke about Obama’s new propaganda unit. “The Disinformation Board should examine this tweet, or they may have to form another Non Sequitur Board instead.
Many people on Twitter were shocked that Bezos (the man who owns one the most prominent left-leaning newspapers worldwide) would use Biden’s name so strongly.
Some simply agreed with his statements. Others were surprised that The Post’s owner spoke out against Democrat Party policies.
