Already imprisoned lawyer and CNN fave Michael Avenatti was sentenced Thursday to four more years in prison for cheating adult film “star” Stormy Daniels out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties. He was also ordered to pay $148,750 in restitution and forfeit about $297,000.
A California lawyer serving two-and-a-half years for trying to extort Nike £22.5 million was sentenced to Manhattan federal court. His behavior was called “ravenous” by the judge, who also accused him of “blind ambition span>
Prior to the sentence being announced, Avenatti, wearing his prison uniform after a judge denied his request to wear a suit, choked up several times as he said he had “disappointed scores of people and failed in a cataclysmic way.” Yes. Yes, you did, Michael.
Remember when CNN was pitching him as a presidential candidate?https://t.co/jdz7kBwAgV

Tucker Carlson was the fool Avenatti was in 2018, and Avenatti attempted to make fun of him with this line: “How could you have a show when your mind is so bogus?” Tucker however cut and diced Avenatti, and called him creepy. This nickname has remained popular.
Avenatti was convicted of stealing $300,000. Daniels’ $800,000. Advance for her book, “Full Disclosure.” She claims she had an affair with Donald Trump in her book “.
He represented himself during the trial to try and discredit Stormy Danis. He even asked Stormy Daniels’ ex-client about her belief in the supernatural.
He spent them (the payments) on his law firm’s payroll, plane tickets, restaurants, and a monthly lease of about $3,900 for a Ferrari, prosecutors said. Although Mr. Avenatti eventually sent Ms. Daniels about half the money he received, prosecutors said, she never got the rest.
$3,900 per month? Now you know why I don’t own a Ferrari.
Avenatti became famous after he was asked by Stormy Daniels to represent him in her lawsuit against Trump. But, it was a fawning moment on CNN that earned him a reputation for which he won’t be able to recover. Brian Stelter was viewed over 108 times.

He failed spectacularly to dunk on the managing editor.
For everyone blocked by @MichaelAvenatti, here’s what I tweeted earlier. Apparently he forgot to block me before he went to jail. pic.twitter.com/vzRP8e3lm8

We are able to find satisfaction in this story in many ways. This story allows us to see an obvious liar get his due. But, this is not the same as our satisfaction with many other Trump-era scandals. Peter Strzock, a corrupt FBI agent, still has freedom. However, the 51 intelligence officers who lied about Hunter Biden’s laptop were not charged. Lyin’ James Comey will likely be negotiating another book deal.
This episode is a sad reminder about how corrupt media has become, and how far the Deep State will go to remove a president they don’t like. Our “journalists” tried to make Avenatti a hero.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
