Critics of President Biden attacked the president for saying that Americans didn’t know what a “supply chains” was “10 year ago.”
Biden suggested at a rally in Michigan that the crowd and Americans had not known what a supply channel was until it became a media topic in relation to the country’s economic problems in the wake the COVID-19 pandemic.
He said this while delivering his speech: “Ten years ago how many of your knew what a supply chain was?” No, I’m serious!”
Biden was asked last year about his plans to address the country’s economic problems at a press conference.
He tried to excuse his administration by saying that the solution to the economic crisis was more complex than Americans realize. So he asked a reporter: “If we all went out for lunch, would you mind asking the person at the next table? No matter what kind of restaurant they are in, to explain the supply chain?” Are you sure they would understand what we are talking about?
Biden was criticised for his remarks at the time. Tom Elliott, founder of Grabien.com, tweeted that Biden “mocks Americans intelligence”.
Twitter users were furious at Biden’s recent remarks.
Brad Ziegler, a former MLB pitcher, criticized the president by tweeting: “We’re all idiots, right @POTUS?” Nobody ever went to business school in middle school.”
Alan Roberts, author, criticized Biden by tweeting: “Dude who can’t ride a bicycle successfully thinks full-on adults don’t get how grocery stores are replenished. Talk about elite thinking.
Rep.-elect John James (R-Mich.) answered Biden’s query, writing: “Me. I did. I did the same for all other auto workers in my area who watched their jobs being sent to Mexico or China by anti-business lib policies!”
Dante Deiana is a Twitter DJ and influencer. He joked, “At the point where we are at as a species. Gimme 4 more years of that guy.” He has managed to be a larger clown show than Trump. Constant comedy.”
Matt Morgan, Maryland’s state delegate, replied to Biden by tweeting: “Everyone except you!”
Paul Szypula, a conservative influencer, tweeted that Biden had just told union workers that 10 years back they didn’t know what a supply chain was. Instead of insulting Americans, why don’t Biden apologize for their economic ruin and then resign?
Derek Hunter, Conservative radio host, mocked Biden by tweeting: “Look, you blue collar guys. You’re morons. You don’t even know the basics of economics and how things get there. You’re dumb. You’re stupid.
Joe Cunningham, a fellow radio host, jokingly said, “Most pro union president ever.”
