Here we go again. Sam Brinton, a Department of Energy official, has been arrested on a felony charge of grand larceny. Brinton is the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition’s deputy assistant secretary. What is the reason for the warrant? Stealing luggage. Again. 8 News Now reported that the latest theft took place at Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas. Brinton was put on leave after he stole luggage from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport in September. According to the Washington Examiner, he initially claimed that the first incident was a mistake. However, video footage showed him removing the luggage tag. The bag from the initial heist was also used on two additional trips by him.
The website LGBTQ Nation also called out Brinton’s thefts and for lying about child abuse. Brinton’s non-binary status, his penchant to “puppy play” and his participation in sex seminars have also been highlighted.
How does he get appointed to a federal position? He’s non-binary. It would seem that the Biden administration was determined to promote LGBTQ people to high-ranking positions in its never-ending quest for change. However, this doesn’t mean that someone LGTBQ couldn’t hold those positions. There were many successful LGBTQ businessmen and women I have known. They were knowledgeable, conversant, honest, and literate. The Biden administration is determined to keep its position as the most left-leaning presidency in history, and not be overthrown by Obama.
There are almost daily stories across various websites about how White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre made such a hash out of her job, it makes Harpo Marx look like Winston Churchill. The Biden administration wants to be as awake as possible. But, can it not find nonbinary people, people with different backgrounds, and women who possess the basic skills and values, such as honesty and not stealing or lying, for these posts? Or people who have no agendas? Is character really important when sexuality and color are the only two qualifications?
The optics are not important, nor is the constant demolishment of Chesterton’s fences throughout the country. We know all that we need to know from the recent prisoner swap between a WNBA player and someone who is arguably the most dangerous man in the world. Joe Biden was able to watch, smirking like a jackal while the requisite woke boxes were checked. Griner shouldn’t have returned home, but the government refused to make a better deal.
It could have, but it didn’t want to. It needed a dopamine rush immediately and good press. You can deal with the consequences later.
