Kari Lake Promises to Take Lawsuit All the Way to the Supreme Court

Published on

On Monday, Arizona Secretary of State Hobbs declared her tainted win over Kari Lake. However, Lake continues to challenge the results and vows to “take it all to the Supreme Court.”

“We are ready to move with what we consider to be an extraordinary lawsuit. Lake spoke on Monday to Steve Bannon about his belief that we will prevail in the lawsuit. “We will take it all to the Supreme Court if necessary. We won’t stop fighting.”

Obama-appointed U.S. district judge John Tuchi sanctioned Lake’s lawyers for filing what he called a frivolous, political lawsuit. Lake responded with a sharp rebuke.

“This case isn’t about money or gain. It was an election integrity lawsuit in the public interest. “It is rare to sanction a person in public interest lawsuits,” Ross Trumble, Lake spokesperson, stated in a statement. The plaintiff called five experts. With so many experts backing your theory, it is impossible to be in bad faith. They might be wrong. They could be wrong, but not in bad faith.

Of how badly they were run, the previous elections in Maricopa County (Ariz.) have been controversial. A forensic audit of last year’s presidential election revealed thousands of discrepancies. Many Republicans expected to vote for Kari lake on Election Day this year. However, thousands of GOP voters were prevented from voting in districts that had the highest number of Republican voters.
