Prince William’s Godmother Apologizes To Charity Boss Following Racism Allegations

Lady Susan Hussey quit her post as palace aide after she asked the director of a Black British charity, where she was “really”? She has since apologized to herself personally.

Officials at the Royal Court stated that Prince William’s godmother, had “offered her sincere apologies” to Ngozi Fulani at a Buckingham Palace meeting, “filled with warmth and understanding, as well as compassion.”

A statement was released by the palace stating that Lady Susan had made a pledge to raise her awareness about sensitive issues and was grateful to have the opportunity to do so.

Fulani, who created a refuge for women in his home, said that he had “accepted this sorry and understood that no malice was intended.” Fulani made this statement on behalf of Fulani’s female victims and said that he had “accepted this apology and understands that no malice was intended.”

According to the palace, King Charles III of England was happy with the “welcome outcome”. ”

Camilla the Queen Consort hosted an open house at her palace last month to raise awareness on domestic violence. Fulani was in Sistah Space which supports women from African and Caribbean heritage.

Fulani, engaged to “Lady SH”, used social media to explain how she was frequently asked where she was from by palace household members. Fulani said Fulani was born in Britain and is a British citizen.

Fulani tweeted via Sistah Space’s Twitter account: “Mixed emotions regarding yesterday’s visit to Buckingham Palace. “Lady SH approached me 10 minutes after I arrived and moved my hair to check my name tag.

Fulani said that Fulani shared her belief that she was originally from East London. Fulani was then interrogated and asked, “What is your nationality?” “Where are your people from?” “Where are you from? ” “Non, where are your people from? ”

The British Press Association and other media outlets identified Hussey the woman. Hussey was Queen Elizabeth II’s lady-in-waiting for more than 60 years. BBC reported Hussey resigned and apologized.

Mandu Reid was an eyewitness who said Hussey asked unwelcoming, racist and offensive questions.

Buckingham Palace didn’t comment on the identity. Fox News Digital tried to reach the King’s spokesperson, but he didn’t immediately respond.

BBC reports the palace described the comments in a statement as “unacceptable”, and “deeply regrettetable”.

A spokesperson for William, 40, stated that the comments were “unacceptable” and that the individual had stepped aside.

According the BBC, Buckingham Palace said that they take the incident seriously and are carrying out an investigation right away. Ngozi Fulani was also contacted regarding the matter and invited her to share her experiences with us.

“In the meantime, the individual concerned would prefer to express her deep apologies for her actions and to be removed from her honorary position with immediate effect. All household members are reminded of the importance of diversity and inclusion policies.

Following Meghan Markle’s accusations of racism, concern was raised at the palace. Oprah asked Oprah Winfrey last year what skin colour her baby would have.

William retorted to the allegation, telling reporters that he wasn’t part of a racist family.

Six-part Netflix series focusing exclusively on the Duke & Duke of Sussex has put the British royal family under pressure. The couple cites the British media as well as the royal household for their decision to not continue royal duties in 2020, and instead move to California.
