Far-Left Dark Money Group Accused of Racism and Discrimination

New Venture Fund, an illegal dark money group, spent nearly a billion dollars last year to support Democratic candidates. Many people routinely accuse Republicans of discrimination or racism.

Washington Free Beacon has now revealed the shocking facts about two lawsuits filed by black female employees. They claim New Venture Fund isn’t spending its billion dollars properly.

WFB claims that former employees claimed that the dark-money group paid black women less than their white counterparts. They also suggested that employees who resist discrimination could be fired.

According to the suits, black women were dismissed by white colleagues because they brought up race.

Weaks claims in her lawsuit that it soon became obvious that leaders were speaking over Black people while they were discussing race, diversity, and equity. Sarah Walker, a second-black woman, filed a lawsuit claiming that she was subjected to rampant racism. She was fired in October 2022 after drawing attention to structural racial inequalities in pay and financial fraud. According to the website.

Walker claims that New Venture Fund’s progressive image didn’t translate into a progressive workplace environment. She filed a lawsuit last year. ”

The New Venture Fund used questionable fundraising methods of dubious legality that were at best unethical.

Weaks alleges that New Venture Fund colleagues deceived donors by falsely claiming the organization was partnered with the NAACP. Weaks was shocked to learn that a white New Venture Fund consultant claimed that the charity was in partnership with her employer.

This is a highly-staked, hyper-sensitive environment where everyone must walk on eggshells at work.
