His office reports that Sen. John Fetterman (D.Pa.), was admitted to the hospital Wednesday night after feeling lightheaded at a Senate Democratic retreat.

“Towards today’s end of the Senate Democratic retreat, Senator John Fetterman felt lightheaded. Joe Calvello (John Fetterman’s communications director), released a statement saying that Fetterman left the Senate Democratic retreat and called his staff. They picked him up at The George Washington University Hospital. Although initial tests didn’t show any evidence of a stroke, doctors are continuing to run more tests. John will be staying overnight for observation. He is well and speaking with his family and staff. When we have more information, we will share it with you.”

You may think I’m crazy, but voting for a U.S. Senator who has suffered a stroke and is suffering from serious cognitive impairments might not be the best idea. His office claims he didn’t show any evidence of a stroke, but what do you know? John Fetterman is a person I trust. They kept insisting that he was recovering from the stroke. Then they had the nerve to refuse to release his medical records, and insist that a note signed by his Democrat-donating physician was enough evidence to show he was physically able to serve.
