House Democrats Release List Of 2024 Vulnerable Members

Published on

The announcement of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s 29th member list for Frontline by the DCCC on Friday meant that they would be up for reelection in “competitive” seats.

This frontline program assists vulnerable Democrats to have resources they need in order to win the likely competitive elections of 2024, when Democrats hope to retake control of the House.

The DCCC released a statement stating that 29 incumbents are currently on this list. The program is being tested as 53 Democrats who were on it last year won their elections. This “overperforming” almost all 2022 expectations.

This is a list of Democrats. It includes many of those that the DCCC’s Republican counterpart, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), targeted in the 2022 cycle. Several Democrats who were reelected are back on the “Frontline”, including Lee, Horsford, Schrier and Hayes Davids.

Suzan DeBene, DCCC Chairwoman (D-WA), stated in a statement that House Democrats were “well positioned” for attempting to regain the majority of the House during the 2024 election cycle. This was also due to the “tremendous slate of Democrat incumbents.”

DelBene stated that House Republicans showed voters that they were more interested in political investigation, empowering extremists, and seeking power than in helping families. Democrats will have many offensive options in 2024. These seats are crucial for us to reclaim majority. “
