Karine Jean Pierre, White House Press Secretary, is a lesbian. She is “out and proud”, and she mentions it whenever she can, even though everyone in her immediate circle is already aware.
They were stunned by Jean-Pierre’s lecture on “Lesbian Visibility Week”, and how important it was for lesbians to be visible at the beginning of each day’s press briefing. She was joined in this lecture by Jennifer Beals, Leisha Haley, Katherine Moennig, and Ilene Chaiken.
Jean-Pierre announced that this week was Lesbian Visibility Week. As the first openly gay person to serve as press secretary to the president of the United States, I am constantly reminded of how important visibility and inclusion are. She then introduced the “L Word” crew, noting that, after speaking to the media, they would meet with “LGBTQI+ Staffers” at the White House.
She said, “The impact of The L Word” on so many members of our community cannot be underestimated.” It is important to be able to see diverse narratives which reflect our own lives. It’s important for young people to see characters in books and on TV to who they can relate, whose stories and identities motivate them to achieve their highest potential.
She then launched a full-blown partisan attack on Republican politicians, blaming them for introducing legislation to protect public school children from inappropriate sex “lessons” and other such things.

Jean-Pierre addressed the reporters again in the room after both Jean-Pierre then Chaiken had spoken and made a joke about how they were unusually quiet:

Media World and I are not friends.
Even I can understand their frustration at having to listen to the press secretary of the president lecture them on “lesbian awareness” when they have more important issues to address. Especially since she has to extract every ounce of information from her since Joe Biden’s handlers keep him away from the media on most days. This is done on purpose.
If “representation” and “visibility” are important to you, then do your work and stop bringing attention to yourself because you’re a minority. In nearly 20 years of working in an industry dominated by men, I never played the female card. Not even when I thought it was necessary. I did push back when I felt it was necessary. I think I earned the respect of most men with whom I worked because I did not constantly bring up my gender. I was not their child, but their colleague. I didn’t want to be treated as if I were a kid because I had different equipment.
In this country, contrary to what Jean-Pierre and others claim, minorities are the ones who enjoy the most privileges in society. Those on the left in particular. We’re told to believe that anything a woman, a black person, a transgender activist, or anyone else says is gospel truth. The left’s statements should be taken as gospel truth, without any questions being asked and without critical analysis. When the “privileged” respond in kind, the party that we have been assured is the most tolerant in history calls them every name they can think of.
If you didn’t guess, I am tired of the Biden White House’s constant nagging on All Things Woke. These people, in true Democrat fashion, don’t care about “visibility” or “representation”, unless that “visibility and/or representation” furthers their far-left political agenda. In their opinion, anything that deviates from that agenda must be suppressed – as they have admitted in previous press briefings.
The year 2024 is not far away. This hot garbage administration is so old. I am so over it.
