Aliens Have Been On Earth A Long Time: Stanford Professor

A Stanford University pathology prof said that “Aliens have lived on Earth for many years and still do” and claimed there were experts working to reverse engineer unknown crashed craft.

Garry Nolan, a Dr. at the University of California, Berkeley, made these bold statements last week during a SALT iConnections Conference in Manhattan, during a panel titled, “The Pentagon Extraterrestrial Intelligence, and Crashed UFOs.”

Alex Klokus said it was hard to believe, and asked him for a probability of extraterrestrials visiting Earth.

Nolan replied, “100%”

Nolan stated, “I believe it’s a form of advanced intelligence that uses some sort of intermediaries.” It’s not like they wear a skinsuit and walk around us. You’re going put something in there that I would consider an intelligence test.”

He said that it was like when the native tribes of South America first saw the Spanish ships. The native tribes didn’t understand what they saw, but it was something out of the ordinary.

Nolan stated that they didn’t even know who or what would be coming.

They’re coming and asking who among you is intelligent enough to know what you’re really looking at. Can you spot the anomalous data?

Nolan says that the “most compelling evidence” is the way the U.S. Government has dealt with UAPs (unidentified anomalous phenomenon, which is a government-derived term for UFOs) over the past couple of years.

This includes the creation of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office within the Department of Defense. It is tasked to investigate potential UFO sightings. And public Senate hearings about UFO.

Nolan stated that the most recent hearing took place on April 19, in front of Senate Armed Services Subcommittee for Emerging Threats and Capabilities. This “created an hornets’ nest in Washington.”

Nolan spoke of his personal experience with a person who had been involved in the collection of original information, as well as his experiences with those who worked on reverse engineering programs for downed aircraft.

Nolan told me that he knows people who are working on reverse engineering an aircraft.

These unknown craft have been caught on video performing stunts that were never seen before, and seeming to defy the laws physics.

Nolan stated, “A tiny bit of knowledge could revolutionize our work.” “I am always on the lookout for opportunities. “I’m always looking for the opportunity.”

“I am not concerned about aliens coming to raid us or taking away our women and kids. This is not my concern. “My concern is the way we use it.”

Sean Kirkpatrick, AARO director, said that there is no proof of extraterrestrial intelligence during the Senate UFO hearing on April 19.

Kirkpatrick was asked to comment on the capabilities of Russia and China to spy and attack U.S. interests. He said: “Of those cases that show some sort advanced technical signature… I’m concerned about what this nexus means.”

I have some indications that they are linked to foreign capabilities. “We have to look into that with [our intelligence community partners].”

He did not elaborate on the “indicators”.

The AARO Director said he was talking about a single percentage of all cases analyzed. He said that’s about 650 reports. It’s hard to determine an object’s provenance without seeing a flag on the side.
