What Was Decided in Hunter Biden’s Child Support Settlement?

Joe Biden does not even acknowledge Navy Joan when he talks about his grandchildren. Does he know that she even exists? Joe Biden doesn’t even hang up a stocking in her honor. Roberts asked Hunter Biden to allow the child to use the Biden surname. Hunter Biden fought against that little thing. Lunden Roberts believed it would be beneficial for the girl. Hunter would not even give his last name to the child.

It’s now confirmed that the settlement has been reached.

Hunter was the one who brought up this specific segment in the ongoing child-support battle. Roberts was receiving $20,000 per month from him under an agreement they had made in 2020 after a paternity check confirmed that he was indeed the father. He denied it. He then wanted to reduce the amount he paid for his daughter by claiming he no longer could afford it due to changes in financial circumstances. He kept delaying informing the court of his financial circumstances, even though he asked for the reduction. Lunden Roberts was present at the deposition. They then reached a settlement.

The settlement documents made public have redacted this information, so it’s not clear how much Biden will pay each month for his daughter. As we previously reported, a NY Post source said that the amount had been reduced to $5,000. Roberts agreed to drop her request for the Biden child’s name as part of the settlement.

This makes one wonder: What did Roberts get from this deal when it seems that she might have agreed to much less? One would assume that this meant that Roberts got something in return for her time. What she received was what our sister website Townhall called the “worst concession in family court” history: Hunter agreed to give some of his artwork to his daughter. The child can choose the painting/s, or they can keep any money that comes from the sale of the work. It is not clear how many paintings she will receive.

Although it wasn’t clear from the filing how much the payments would be, the son of the president will “assign” to the child some of his paintings. “These shall vary in sizes with a minimum of 24×24” was the only part of the filing that had been redacted.

The filing states that “the child will select the painting to be sent either to him or her” or to Roberts’ designated gallery.

He probably has many of his own paintings at home. Since they have been valued between $75,000 and $500,000. This raised questions about money laundering and the possible possibilities with such artworks. The White House got involved, saying they would hide the buyers to keep Hunter from knowing. Only the gallery owner knew. The White House then got involved and said they would hide the buyers so Hunter wouldn’t find out. Only the gallery owner would know. It was a conflict of interest that the White House would be involved. Even Obama’s ethics chief criticized the arrangement in 2020.

Then, any further investigation of his finances is also stopped. The goal is to clear the way for his father’s reelection bid in 2024. The Congressional investigation of their foreign financial transactions, which continues to uncover things, and other actions, like the deposition he had to give in the case brought against him, by the owner of the computer repair shop, are not stopped. The Bidens are in for a rude awakening if they think they can skate past all the scandal.
