Biden’s DHS Let Illegal Alien On Terror Watch List Board Domestic Flight

A federal investigation reveals that the Department of Homeland Security of President Joe Biden allowed an illegal alien who was on the FBI’s “Terrorist Watch List”, to board a domestic plane after releasing him in the United States.

DHS Inspector General Joseph Cuffari released a report detailing how DHS, in April 2022, released a illegal alien to the community around Blythe, California after he had first arrived near the U.S. – Mexico border near Yuma Arizona on April 17, 2022. This was due to multiple failures of data sharing and internal communication within the agency.

Sources close to Breitbart confirmed that the case detailed by the DHS IG refers to Isnardo Garamado, a 36-year old illegal alien from Colombia. However, his identity is not revealed in the official report.

According to the DHS IG report, during federal custody, and prior to release into the U.S. Interior, the FBI Terrorist Screening Center determined that Garcia Amado was “an inconclusive Terrorist Watch List Match.”

On April 21, 2022 just a few days after being released, Garcia Amado checked into a flight to Tampa, Florida at Palms Springs International Airport, Palms Springs, California.

According to the DHS IG, while being screened prior to his flight, the TSC obtained additional information [from the Transportation Security Administration] that confirmed” Garcia Abado’s match with a man on the FBI Terrorist Watch List.

Garcia Abado missed his flight on April 21, 2022 and booked a flight the next day.

Breitbart News quoted John Fabbricatore as saying: “It’s a stark reminder that the Biden administration’s agenda is making our communities and borders less safe.” Fabbricatore is a former ICE Field Office director and he is presently a member of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement advisory board.

The DHS IG states that those on the FBI Terrorist Watch List are “generally allowed to fly”, as long as they’re not on the government “No Fly List”. However, these individuals are “subjected to enhanced physical examination before the flight” and “may be observed by the Federal Air Marshal Service while the flight is in progress.”

Garcia Abado, who arrived in Tampa on May 6, 2022, was not arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. This was more than two months after he had been released to the interior of the United States.

Fabbricatore stated that “ICE agents are struggling to keep up with the influx of illegal aliens, including those who are criminals or on terrorist watch lists. This is due to poor policy directives as well as a lack in manpower and resources.” These self-inflicted risks pose a serious risk to the national security, and it is important to apprehend them and remove them as soon as they are discovered.
