Pelosi’s Age-Related Endorsement of Biden Raises GOP Eyebrows

As we near 2024, questions will continue to be raised about the physical/cognitive ability of President Joe Biden (80), especially after voters notice incidents such as how Biden acted and looked out of it and appeared lost during his joint appearance at the White House on Tuesday with Israeli President Isaac Herzog.

Biden also had a troubling trip to the NATO Summit in which he was physically moved by world leaders, such as King Charles III of England and Lithuanian President Gitanas Nuseda whom he was there to meet with.

In an interview with MSNBC’s Morning Joe program, Nancy Pelosi (83), former House Speaker, tried to settle the age question in order to save Biden.

However, Pelosi made it even worse for our octogenarian President by showing voters that they should be extremely concerned. Pelosi tried to convince the American public that Biden’s aging is not a problem, but inadvertently shows how concerning it is.

“I couldn’t be prouder of [Biden]. And, again, we’re very fortunate that he is in that position. Again, age is relative. I was in L.A. for some Democratic stuff recently, I met with [screenwriter] Norman Lear, who is 100 going on 101, who was telling me about some new shows he was involved in. I was meeting with Frank Gehry, a 90-something architect, showing me new buildings he’s building throughout the world. [On Biden] They were like, 80? He’s a kid. It’s relative – he’s younger than I am, he’s a kid to me as well.”

Mika Brzezinski of the far left, who on Friday went on a rant in which she begged Biden’s handlers for better protection from public scrutiny and ate every word Pelosi spoke, giggled towards the end.

Pelosi also claimed, in a laughable manner, that Joe Biden “respects different points of view” and “honors children’s aspirations” after he had angrily compared Democrats in the Senate with segregationists on the issue of filibuster reform and gave the infamous red speech in September, demonizing the “mega MAGA Republicans”

But I digress. I’m sure the child Biden treated in a bizarre way like an ice cream cone would disagree with that last part.

Pelosi is expected to defend Biden. It’s natural for Pelosi to defend her colleagues who are up there, especially since they’ve been working together for years.

Pelosi’s endorsement of Biden, in part due to his age, is not what she believes it is. If Republicans are smart (and that’s a big “if”), they will use her comments to attack Biden in the 2024 election. Pelosi has also faced questions about her cognitive abilities.
