Project Veritas Releases Audio of Ashley Biden Confirming Diary is Hers

Project Veritas released audio and information about how it obtained Ashley Biden’s diary as well as other items.

The video released includes the audio of a call made by one of the people that found Ashley’s things, who explains how she got them. She adds, “The diary’s pretty crazy.”

The video includes an exchange between Project Veritas and Ashley Biden. Ashley Biden confirms the items as hers and attempts to work with Project Veritas in order to retrieve the material. Project Veritas says the material was abandoned.

Ashley asks that they arrange a meeting for her “friend Eric” who is in Del Rey to pick up her material. She asks about her diary, and she reiterates that everything should be given to Eric. The PV man says that he wants to be sure that it’s going to the right person. Ashley then says she doesn’t “want to have Secret Service get involved in this,” because it’s “a whole process.” However, she confirmed that the bag found was hers. She attempts to set up a meeting for the material to be turned over.

This was in October 2020. PV sent a request for comments to Biden’s presidential campaign but did not publish the diary. According to PV, the Biden presidential campaign informed the DOJ of the situation and they opened an investigation immediately. PV turned the items over to law enforcement.

Project Veritas’ James O’Keefe and others found out that it wasn’t over yet. The FBI raided the Project Veritas offices in November 2021, after Joe Biden became president. The FBI seized 47 electronic devices, including laptops and cell phones. No one was charged or arrested for any crime, they said. The NY Times’ Michael Schmidt also contacted them shortly after the raids. Who told him about these raids? PV accused the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of New York of spying on their journalists before the raid.

A judge ordered that the DOJ stop removing material from the phone of James O’Keefe, and other people connected to Project Veritas during the time.

We reported that two individuals who found the diary, along with other materials, pleaded guilty to federal charges. We noted that the diary contained entries about inappropriate showers.

This whole episode has raised a lot of questions regarding the targeting and squelching of journalists who report things that are inconvenient to some. This is just one more example of how the government has been weaponized under Joe Biden. This is just another Biden-related scandal in a week that has seen a lot of them.
