Biden gave a speech Wednesday on the anniversary of the Inflation Act, a bill that even he acknowledged was poorly named. Social media was ablaze after his bizarre, and frankly creepy, comments before he began to deliver his prepared remarks.

He then leaned into the camera with a sketchy look and added: “Daddy owes you. Okay?” “So, I’ll talk to you afterward.”

Joe Biden is known for his inappropriate touching, sniffing, and comments toward women and girls.

In October, at a meet and greet in Irvine, Calif. he was caught on camera acting creepy, making inappropriate remarks to a young woman. The video shows Biden grabbing the girl’s shoulder and smelling her hair. He then says, “No serious men until you are 30.”

The girl looked visibly uncomfortable by Biden’s remarks and replied sarcastically, “I’ll remember that.”

Biden has been recorded nipping on the shoulder of a little girl in Helinski (Finland).
