The United States has not had a good past few years. Since President Joe Biden’s election, food and energy prices have skyrocketed. As a result, wages failed to keep pace, leaving people in a negative net position. In the meantime, increases in interest rates that were supposed to counteract price hikes have made homeownership unattainable for many Americans. The perfect storm of economic malaise is taking its toll.
But there is good news. The president may have a solution for you if you are struggling to get bread on the dinner table. Get a color-changing mug instead!
If you cannot watch the video, a weak-looking Biden says “I think that you should purchase this mug.” Then he says, “I’ll ask nicely” as he pours coffee. At that point, he says “But he won’t” and more ominous music begins to play. The camera zooms in and the aviator sunglasses on the side of the coffee cup change into “Dark Brandon” eyes. The clip ends with a promo to “Get your color-changing mug today.”
I get that some campaigns do cringey things to raise funds. Who among Biden’s handlers decided it was a great idea to use the “dark Brandon meme” and put it on a coffee cup when grocery prices have risen prices by 20% in the past two years? You should let some things lie. One of those is any attempt to make Biden look cool, an 80-year-old senile, geriatric. There’s no way they can make fetch happen.
The entire persona that is being created doesn’t seem to be believable. Biden is completely obedient to the other nations. He spends all his time at the G7 and G20 bending down to other nations, giving them money. The Southern border is a mess, and he lost the last legislative fight he fought with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. The Supreme Court has repeatedly slapped the president. Tell me who is afraid of Joe Biden today.
I guess that leaning toward economic failure is one strategy. From where I sit, it just seems to be a very, very bad strategy. Maybe Biden and those who work for him are right. The dislike of the Republican Party is going to override all the facts that permeate the entire country. I wouldn’t bet on that. Please do not buy the “Dark Brandon’ mug that changes color.
