Swift Retribution: U.S. Strikes Kataib Hezbollah Militia Bases in Iraq in Response to Attack on American Troops

Three American servicemen were injured after a drone strike launched by the Iranian-backed Kataib Hezbollah in Iraq. One of them was critically wounded. Joe Biden ordered a retaliatory strike that targeted three facilities operated by Kataib Hezbollah, and an “affiliated group.”

Biden took great care to only target drones and not the terrorists’ supply depots, command centers, or other facilities. This would be an unfair “escalation”.

Adrienne Watson, a spokeswoman for the National Security Council, said that “the President’s highest priority is to protect American personnel who are serving in danger.” If these attacks continue, the United States will take action at a time of our choosing.

If Biden truly cared about the “protection of American personnel in harm’s ways,” he would blow Kataib Hezbollah and other militia groups that attack our troops without mercy to heaven.

Israel, on the other hand, had no qualms in killing its enemies. IAF killed a high-ranking Iranian general in a bunker outside Damascus. The Iranian was a friend of General Qassem Solimani who had just left the Quds Force, Iran’s elite force, and the man responsible for killing more American soldiers than anyone else.

The U.S. also blamed Iran for the attacks of Yemen’s Houthi militants on commercial and military ships through a crucial shipping chokepoint in the Red Sea. Iran has funded and trained Hamas.

The Biden administration aims to stop the Israel-Hamas conflict from spiraling out of control into a larger regional conflict, which could either open up new fronts for Israeli combat or draw America directly in.

Republicans have criticized the administration for its measured response, where not all attacks on American troops are met with counterattacks.

What do you think Iran’s reaction to America is? Do they consider it “measured?” Most likely, they view it as weak and confusing. It’s because of this that their militias continue shooting at American targets like ducks in a firing gallery.

Biden might not want to escalate the conflict. I beg your pardon, Mr. President. You’re just a bit late. Iran and its Middle East allies, such as the Houthis of Yemen, the militias in Iraq, and other terror groups affiliated with them in Lebanon and Syria have escalated the conflict.

Biden should ask if the president’s reluctance to destroy the militias is making America appear weak and indecisive.
