Biden’s Misstep Exposed: CNN Legal Analyst Calls Out False Claim in National Press Conference

Joe Biden’s press conference and national address in response to the report of Special Counsel Robert Hur was a complete mess.

He did all he could to prove his diminished ability, snapping angrily at reporters, disputing things in the report, and even claiming that the leader of Egypt was Mexico’s leader. It was a mess.

Even CNN couldn’t handle it.

CNN legal analyst Elie Honig explained the seriousness of this situation, stating that Biden had retained “sensitive classified documents” that were at the highest classification.

Honig replied: “Highest level classified, Top secret.” They were related to international affairs, war plans, and foreign relations.

“He is ON TAPE – after he leaves the vice presidency – telling his autobiographer that the classified documents are located in the basement. He knew it!” Honig was astonished by Biden’s behavior.

On the panel, they point out that Biden denied this during the presser even though it was recorded.

CNN has a lot to say about Biden’s false denials and the fact that what he says is in direct contradiction with Hur’s report. Even CNN has to admit how bad it is for Joe Biden.

What does it say about our current situation that they are putting him in the dock? Has the time come for him to be moved aside?

Biden has dug himself a huge hole with this. I do not know why his staff allowed him to speak on a Thursday evening. It would have been better to stand by his previous statement. That was still bad, but it wasn’t a commercial for an angry, incoherent man.

His interview with Hur was likely recorded. If he contradicts what he told Hur then, he could be in more trouble.

James Comer, the Chair of the House Oversight Committee (R-KY), could bring to light all the contradictions that Biden has now said. Biden stepped into the breach by saying more than he ought to have said and making easily disproven statements. He has to worry about possible impeachment or a 25th Amendment action, as well as other possible charges because of his actions and the way he is trying to cover himself.

With the recent events, the chances of him staying in office or even continuing to be the candidate, have taken a rapid nosedive.
