Christine Blasey Ford has returned, just in time for the 2024’s election season. The infamous accuser of now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was on The View Tuesday to give a softball interview.
There’s more to this story than just the predictable results.

Sara Haines’ framing makes me laugh. “Even today, some people are still skeptical,” as though some new and shocking information had been released to support Ford’s allegations. The story of Kavanaugh’s rape as a teenager is as untrue today as it was back in 2018.
Ford has yet to specify the year in which this alleged act took place. (This was an accusation that dates back decades). Ford still cannot say where the act allegedly took place. The FBI’s investigation found that none of the witnesses named by her have corroborated the story. It was a pathetic attempt at an accusation. The whirlwind was still in place, however, to force a “consensus-based” judge onto the court, and protect Roe v. Wade.
The gambit failed, Kavanaugh got confirmed and Dobbs’ decision was delivered some years later. Why is Ford in the news again? Ford’s motivation is not to make money with her memoir. ABC News, among other outlets, is not motivated by a book that may not sell well. It is to intensify attacks on the Supreme Court in an election year.
The Democratic Party and members of the media are currently engaged in a war with the Supreme Court of the United States. Their goal is to discredit the court by all means possible before November. The left believes that the more anger directed at the Supreme Court the more it will gain from voters who are disapproving of recent decisions, ranging from abortion to gun rights. Ford’s return to the spotlight is another way of implying that the current composition of the Supreme Court is illegitimate.
We’ll see a lot more interviews and declarations from the left, pretending Ford’s story was not lacking in the details that are required to take it seriously. They will be the same people who told you not to believe Tara Reade’s accusation against Joe Biden because she did not have any corroborating proof. Now they will shout “Believe all women”. All of this is so predictable.
