Gold Star Father Arrested for Heckling Biden’s SOTU Address – Outrage Erupts Over Misdemeanor Charge

A Gold Star dad was arrested on a misdemeanor charge after he heckled Joe Biden during the State of the Union Address.

Steve Nikoui’s son, who was killed in Biden’s botched evacuation of Afghanistan in 2021, shouted “Marines” as well as “Abbey Gate”, a reference to where Lance Corporal Kareem Nikoui along with 12 other American soldiers were killed by suicide bombing.

Nikoui’s reaction was captured on camera during Biden’s speech, as he claimed that America is safer under his leadership. The video shows him being led out of the gallery.

According to a statement released to the New York Times by the Capitol Police, officers warned Nikoui that he should stop and then removed him from the chamber when he did not.

This is a common charge on Capitol Hill. “People who illegally disrupt Congress or demonstrate are usually released after paying a $50 fine. The misdemeanor charges are resolved without having to go to court,” read the statement.

Nikoui has previously acknowledged that he blames Biden for the tragic death of his son.

Nikoui said to The Daily Beast, “They sent my child over there as an office worker and then had Taliban outside providing security.” “I blame my military leaders… Biden turned a blind eye to him.” That’s it.”

Nikoui, who is a veteran himself, was invited by Rep. Rep. Brian Mast. Mast reiterated, after the incident ended, his support of Nikoui’s protest.

Biden had promised to avenge those who committed the atrocity. However, there is no proof that the perpetrators have been identified.

“We will not forget those who committed this act of violence, nor anyone who would harm America, we won’t forget.’ “We will track you down and make sure you pay,” he said at the time. “I will defend the interests of our country and my people by any means at my disposal.”

Biden’s long, divisive, and angry State of the Union address was filled with false claims about the success of his presidency. These included his alleged successes in the economy, as well as his attempts to fix the broken immigration system of the United States.
