As we reported Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee’s hearing with Hunter Biden’s former business associates had a few explosive moments.
Witness Tony Bobulinski came out swinging, accusing Hunter and Jim Biden of perjury and alleging that Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) and Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) had lied about the situation.
He explained how the Bidens sold the Biden brand to foreigners and other people. These nationals included people with ties to the Chinese government. The Biden team, and their defenders, had a bad day.
Democrats, like Rep. Eric Swalwell of California, continued to attack the investigation. Let’s remember that Swalwell was the one who helped Hunter Biden pontificate in front of the Capitol instead of appearing to answer the subpoena the day he had to initially testify.
Swalwell performed a moment of great performance when he declared that the investigation was dead at 5 minutes and 16 seconds. Anna Paulina Luna, R-FL, snuffed out his efforts with just a few simple words. As she speaks, pay attention to her words.
Luna said “Say It in Chinese” referring to Eric Swalwell’s relationship with Christine Fang (also known as “Fang Fang”), for which he had been kicked out of the House Intelligence Committee.
Waltz sarcastically remarked, “I find it incredibly rich Mr. Swalwell was going to come to this committee and lecture us about how China penetrates our government. I think that’s something he may know a thing or two about,” alluding to Swalwell’s past association with “Fang Fang.”
Waltz then asked Bobulinski a series of questions, outlining some serious concerns regarding the Chinese influence/ties with the Biden family.
The Democrats should be worried about this. As we saw when Rep. Jared Moskowitz donned a Putin mask Wednesday, they are making up all sorts of ridiculous things about Russia Collusion 2. They don’t care to examine the obvious connections with foreigners, especially the Chinese. China’s influence has been largely overlooked. It was important to convey this point, even though Waltz and Luna’s remarks were funny.
