Joe Biden’s old man’s mouth has gotten the better of him once again. A new report claims that when confronted by a pro-Hamas supporter at a Ramadan celebration, the President revealed that his wife was enraged behind the scenes, and demanded that her husband, “Stop it. Stop it Now” regarding Israel’s war on Hamas.
Mr. Biden responded that he was able to understand. According to a listener, the first lady had told him to stop.
Salima Suswell of the Black Muslim Leadership Council recalled the incident in an interview. She said that she had written down the President’s remarks because it was striking to hear how strongly the First Lady felt about the conflict.
“He said that she told him, ‘Stop, stop it right now, Joe’,” Ms. Suswell stated.
The White House tried to correct Biden’s remarks, saying that Jill Biden was not departing from the stated policy of the administration and that her position did not call on Israel to cease hostilities with Hamas. They claim that she only called for an end of civilian casualties citing a recent incident in which several aid workers were killed.
How can you stop all civilian deaths without ending the war or allowing Hamas a chance to survive? As the 20-year war against terror in America has shown, you cannot. There will always be civilian casualties, no matter how careful the military is. Jill Biden, despite the White House communications department’s spin on the matter, is advocating a result that benefits Palestinian terrorists and maintains the status quo that led to the October 7th attacks.
It’s not surprising that she has stepped into the debate, given her enormous influence within the administration and the arrogance of the way she conducts herself. Joe Biden’s “Stop it! Stop it Now!” is a bit confusing. Israelis decide on how to spread the word about the war they are fighting against the enemy who attacked their country. Joe Biden is not involved in this matter, and Jill Biden’s opinion is of no value. She wasn’t elected to any office and her emotional outbursts were irrelevant.
Jill Biden’s involvement in the White House’s response to the Israel/Hamas conflict will only make it more confusing and contradictory. Biden’s handlers were already desperate to gain support from the radical pro-Hamas elements. Now, his wife is on his tail.
This raises the question: Does Jill Biden care about Gaza, or is she worried she could lose her free pass to the upper echelons in November? She isn’t the president’s spouse if she’s not a blatantly ambitious, fame-hungry woman. I wouldn’t be surprised if her decision to turn against Israel wasn’t based on empathy, but rather politics. She does not want to lose the golden ticket and will do anything to keep it. This includes putting an ally in danger and supporting terrorists.
All of this is irrelevant. Israel must do what it needs to do. That means eliminating Hamas for good. Jill Biden can shout it from the rooftops.
