New Lawsuit Accuses Diddy’s Son of Sexual Assault on Yacht

Published on

Sean “Diddy Combs” is more than just a rapper. He is a hip-hop mogul who has been deeply involved in the industry since founding Bad Boy Records 30 years ago. The lawsuits surrounding his empire and family are not of the run-of-the-mill “one of these rappers was pulled over again”. Homeland Security Investigations raided two of Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles, and Miami last month claiming that the investigation was about sex trafficking.

The raids were conducted by the federal government in response to a lawsuit that was filed in February, in which record producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones accused Diddy, his son Justin Combs (30), and others of being involved in a shooting that occurred in Los Angeles in 2022. Jones accused Diddy of sexual assault, drugging, and threats while they worked together between 2022 and 2023. Combs is also accused of involvement in “RICO” and “sex-trafficking” ventures, and multiple sexual assaults are included.

A new lawsuit filed on Thursday focuses on sexual assault accusations against Diddy’s son Christian “King”, 25, who is the subject of the suit. This is just the latest of a series of lawsuits that make similar accusations, beginning with Cassandra Ventura’s ex-girlfriend, who settled her case for sexual abuse only a day after filing.

King is accused by Diddy of sexually assaulting Grace O’Marcaigh who was a bartender and crew member on his yacht during the 2022 holidays.

The lawsuit claims that King, in late December of 2022, pressured O’Marcaigh (then 25 years old) to drink tequila she believed was spiked before sexually abusing her. The transcript of this recorded exchange is included in the lawsuit, which provides evidence that O’Marcaigh demanded King stop touching her. The lawsuit also claims that Diddy was involved in covering up the assault, by paying the captain. This led to O’Marcaigh losing her job.

O’Marcaigh claimed in the lawsuit that King, who was heavily intoxicated, entered the music studio aboard the yacht. Jones (a plaintiff in his sexual assault case against Diddy) had been instructed to be on call 24/7 for Diddy so he could work on his new album. O’Marcaigh claims King forced her to drink shots of tequila. She says she did so out of obligation. She thought that the tequila had been spiked with drugs because the drinks caused her to feel disoriented and blurry “unusually fast.”

King, as the evening progressed allegedly became more aggressive towards O’Marcaigh and violently grabbed her arm when she attempted to leave. King allegedly groped O’Marcaigh’s genitals, and breasts, and tried to force her into performing oral sex at the music studio. Jones, who was supposed to capture everything in the studio with Jones’ microphones, recorded the exchange.

According to the lawsuit, King continued his assault in the movie theater of the ship where O’Marcaigh tried to find a room to stay the night because all the rooms were occupied. A crew member intervened and caused King to stop his assault.

Diddy has been named as a defendant in this case. He is accused of having “full control” over the staff and the premises during that time, and for creating a climate where assaults were not only tolerated but even encouraged. Diddy is accused of covering up the crime by paying money afterward. Diddy is accused of paying a significant amount to the captain of the yacht to cover up a sexual assault that occurred on the day it was alleged.

O’Marcaigh says that the captain failed to conduct an investigation of the assault or take any actions. O’Marcaigh claims that as a result of reporting the assault, she was fired. According to the lawsuit, since the incident in 2022, O’Marcaigh has suffered from severe emotional trauma and is unable to work in the music business, where she planned to build her career.

If the case proceeds to trial, damages will be determined. Combs and his lawyers have denied the allegations in all lawsuits.
