Presidential Brother Jim Biden Linked to Qatari Officials for Fundraising and Loans

Each day, it seems like a new scandal involving the Biden family is uncovered. It’s the latest revelations in the financial dealings between James Biden and his brother, President Joe Biden. They were revealed as part of a bankruptcy case in Kentucky. James Biden worked with Qatari officials to help him raise money for a healthcare start-up and secure loans.

In a Kentucky bankruptcy case, new details are emerging about Jim Biden’s fundraising abroad. Recent testimony indicates that the brother of President Joe Biden partnered with Qatari officials to raise money for U.S. healthcare ventures.

According to the sworn testimony of fund manager Michael Lewitt – a former Jim Biden business partner – two companies involved in the effort were owned by “members” of the Qatari Government.

One part of this may be familiar to those who have followed the Biden family’s monetary transactions issue.

A company mentioned in the testimony worked directly with Jim Biden on the multi-year fundraising effort.

According to documents and testimony Lewitt provided during the bankruptcy proceedings, the second company provided financial support for several loans that an entire hospital chain paid Jim Biden to arrange.

Remember those checks that were made payable to Joe Biden and had the memo “loan payment”? What other loans have the Biden family repaid, and why?

Qatar has been having some… problems, lately. Qatar has been cut off from diplomatic and financial ties with its neighbors because they supported terrorism. Hamas leaders and others are known to have homes in Qatar. They’ve descended into crisis and have looked for lifelines.

The country’s leaders responded by showering Westerners who were well-connected with gifts and financial incentives, sometimes in the shape of investment financing. Qatar’s influence offensive has strengthened its ties with the U.S., Europe, and other countries. However, it also caused corruption scandals such as the European Parliament’s Qatargate.

Jim Biden began his foray into the healthcare industry around the time of the Blockade. He worked closely with the troubled hospital chain Americore.

The web of transactions that follows includes bridge loans, payments to arrange loans, transfers of $200,000 or more to Joe Biden when he was unemployed and much more. Americore Healthcare, the company at the center of the mess, had announced that they wanted $20 million in funding and referred to James Biden as the “Brother, and campaign finance chairman of former vice president Joe Biden”.

If that is not trading on the Biden brand, I’m not sure what it is.

They say that power corrupts but it appears influence corrupts as much. For a long time, the Bidens have relied on old Joe’s influence to bring about change. They are even beginning to make the Clintons seem less terrible, if only in comparison. Joe, now as president?

This will not have any impact on the Biden family. They are, shall we call it, insured.

Politics has been corrupted for as long as there have been politics. With the federal government’s tentacles reaching into every facet of our lives, it is easy to sell influence. The politicians have way too much power and the faceless bureaucrats, who are not elected, even more.

Previously, the public service attracted people of higher caliber. Thomas Jefferson, George Washington Calvin Coolidge Theodore Roosevelt, and Ronald Reagan were all good examples. Now?

We get people like Joe Biden.

There is an impeachment investigation, but it will not be successful in the Senate, even if Joe Biden were to be impeached by the House. Hunter Biden can walk into the Senate and lay his soul bare (we hope he does, but his history …), will make us doubt that) and spend hours detailing how he facilitated corruption, placing the blame on ‘The Big Guy’, complete with emails, records of bank accounts, etc., and still the Senate won’t vote to convict. It’s the way things are. There’s too much smoke in the Biden household for there to not be a fire somewhere.

Power corrupts. To understand this, we only need to look at the Bidens. This can only be addressed by bringing the federal government back within the bounds of the Constitution.

It’s a shame, but it looks like the ship sailed long ago.
