Joe Biden spoke about the PACT Act in New Hampshire on Tuesday.
The PACT Act is designed to help veterans who have been exposed to toxic substances such as burn pits. Biden was concerned about this because he believed that his son Beau’s illness was caused by his exposure to burn pits.
As he talked about the Act, and what it did for him, he also spoke of our “sacred duty” to care for our veterans and their families if they didn’t return home.
BIDEN: “America has a lot of obligations, only one truly sacred obligation … and that’s to prepare those we send into harm’s way…”

The bottom line, his bad policies led to the deaths of 13 young Americans during the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan. He has never given their families a satisfactory explanation for their deaths or even mentioned their names. He also talked about his son when he was with the families and checked his watch.
He said, “We leave no veteran behind.”
BIDEN: “In America, we leave no veteran behind. That’s the motto.”

After the withdrawal from Afghanistan, he left behind hundreds of Americans and tens of thousands of our allies.
He then started to have teleprompter problems again. First, he said that “surviving South [spouses] can get benefits for their entire lives” and then tripped all over the teleprompter.

Biden made a bizarre ad-lib during his remarks about how every man should get married into a family with five daughters like he had, because “one of them (will) always love you.”

He said that one daughter would always love him.
Many people found his comment creepy and wondered what he meant.
He ended by struggling to say the name of the Act he was speaking about.

He said: “After I signed into law the Packanapacatlack.” Huh, what? You may have a problem if you require a translation of the exact topic you are discussing.
One might ask why he is talking about this in New Hampshire. It’s a state in which you would think he has the advantage. In the most recent polling, they are also neck-and-neck.

According to the New Hampshire Journal’s latest poll, Biden is tied with former President Donald Trump who is a smidge in front, 36.6. to 36.5%.
Since Al Gore’s 2000 election, the Democratic Party nominee has never lost New Hampshire. It’s getting desperate for Team Biden. Add to that other states such as Minnesota and Virginia – states you wouldn’t expect would be on the table.
