Bill Maher’s Explosive Takedown of ‘The View’ Hosts Sparks Major Controversy

Bill Maher is not afraid to speak his mind. Even those on his side are not protected by his comments.

This refreshing attitude was in stark contrast with the hackneyed approach displayed by “The View”‘s ladies on Tuesday. Maher confronted Joy Behar at The Round Table when she admitted she hadn’t criticized Joe Biden enough because she feared it would cause people to vote for Donald Trump.

BEHAR: Because I do not feel as powerful, I hesitate to criticize Biden. You have more power than me.

MAHER: I am not sure.

BEHAR Do you worry that you might influence people on the fence?

MAHER: I think you have lost all credibility. Yes, I am. My audience has always felt a strong connection with me because I don’t pull punches. Although I may not agree with what I say, I know that it will be understood.

They ignore negative stories about Democrats to manipulate elections. They use negative stories to manipulate the election.

Maher commented on Biden’s decline. He called him “cadaver-like” and said that he “presents older”. Maher’s criticism is so harsh, you can feel Behar’s energy dwindling as she watches.

MAHER: Biden appears older. Trump looks the same age, but Biden’s appearance doesn’t. Yesterday, I saw him give that speech. He’s like a cadaver.

He’s still got a good brain. He’s great!

But, is his mind still “good?” As someone who covers President Bush’s mental breakdowns every week, I can attest to the fact that his mind has not been “good.” This is the same man who tried, on Monday, to call a Hamas hostage because he thought he was in the room. His constant slurring and confusion are not worth noting.

Biden’s supporters claim that Biden has a sharp mind behind closed doors and away from cameras. However, at this point, no one believes it. It has a significant impact on America’s ability to project power and influence overseas.

Behar suggested that MAGA hat-wearers add “swastikas”. Maher responded by making Maher and the other women at the table look small and pitiful.

This is not logical. I understand that you’ve been critical, but it doesn’t change my opinion.

MAHER: What do I not understand? I won’t defend Donald Trump. But I wouldn’t say that we should put the swastika on the cap. I think you can dislike Donald Trump, but you cannot despise everyone who supports him.

It’s hard to say the same about Behar and Haines.

America’s politicians would be better off if they stopped labeling people with different political views as enemies. Maher does not scream or call them fascists, but he still criticizes the interviewers. The women in the show are acting very differently.
