States Take the Lead: Turning Federal Failures into Opportunities for Hope!

The American public is frustrated once more with the current state of our political system. Washington, DC, is more divided under the Biden Administration than ever before.

Who’s to blame? In poll after poll, the American people have repeatedly stated that illegal immigration and poor leadership are top priorities. They also cited inflation as a major problem. However, the Biden administration has not only ignored but made these issues worse.

Still, there is hope for American renewal. The state capitals. Unlike what Washington is accustomed to hearing, the 50 American states are not subordinate to the federal government. The 50 states of America are the basis for the American Republic.

Federalism in the United States Constitution is a brilliant engineering feat. It recognizes the closest government to the people as the best. It is much better than a bureaucracy that dictates policies for the entire country.

Eight states now offer universal school choice. It gives parents the freedom to select the best school for their child’s education.

Utah’s treasurer Marlo Oaks has helped make the state a leader in the international fight against the politicization by the left of the financial industry. She stopped an attempt by the financial industry to privatize large tracts of land. Oklahoma Treasurer Todd Russ has also been targeted by Wall Street banks because of his efforts in preventing the state from doing business with Wall Street Banks who actively damage the state’s Oil and Gas industry. Aaron Kinsey is the Chairman of the Texas State Board of Education. He fights against the indoctrination of kids with leftist textbooks. He divested $8.5billion from Blackrock, the mega-firm leading the charge for left-wing activist investments.

When states take the lead, we all benefit. Each state creates its own unique solutions to problems that are common and competes against other states for the best policies innovations.

During much of the 20th Century, America diverged from its founders’ wisdom and concentrated too much power in the hands of federal politicians and bureaucrats. We need to return some of this control to the people and the states.

We can only regain our freedom by freeing the states from Washington.
