Biden’s Confused Remarks at Hamptons Fundraiser Highlight His Disconnection

Published on

Democrats are trying to use the excuse that “it was a bad evening” to explain away Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance. It might be okay if he messed up a statistic. It’s not just a bad day when he becomes completely incoherent. He’s certainly had a lot of “nights”, even if he only acknowledges them now.

They will have to deal with these problems as we witnessed in his screaming and incoherence after the North Carolina debate.

The same issues continued at his Hamptons fundraising event, with the confusion and lies he spread. I said that he tried to convince attendees that his performance had somehow convinced undecided.

Now you can see the complete quote:

I get it. I get it. I had a bad night. Here’s something I didn’t report: The voters had a different response than the pundits. Polls have shown a slight movement since the debate. We’ve moved up in the polls. The debate can convert more undecided votes, according to research. We converted more undecided votes than Trump, especially on the 6th of January, and we’re the ones who are fighting for the middle class and the working class.

That’s delusional. In a new CBS post-debate survey, 72 percent of respondents said they don’t think he has the mental health to do the job. Only 27 percent disagreed. The poll also shows that 10 percent of Democrats have shifted from “should run” to “shouldn’t run”. Plus, they saw Trump as the one who was the most presidential, who instilled confidence and explained policies. Not Biden.

It got worse. Perhaps his team could explain his remarks at the Hamptons fundraising event if we are supposed to believe that his incoherence is a “one-off” event.

He also lied to me about how good he was at helping veterans. He also lied about how great he was with veterans.

He repeated the “losers and suckers” hoax. But he also said that the military died in the cemetery and mistook the country for France when it was Italy. He had visited the cemetery in June and yet he couldn’t remember it.

He then claimed that his son was “one” of the people who died during battle. However, he claimed that he had died in Iraq. Beau Biden, who died in 2015, did not die in Iraq but of cancer.

Biden is not as sharp when he’s behind closed doors. It’s not surprising that he is just as incoherent and this isn’t “one-off.”
