There are reports that an IDF struck a Hezbollah target in Lebanon on Tuesday.
According to reports, at least four Hezbollah leaders were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Jouya in southern Lebanon. One of the Hezbollah members was a senior field officer.
A security source told Reuters that the Hezbollah leader killed in an Israeli airstrike late Tuesday night on the southern Lebanon city of Joya was the highest-ranking member of the Hezbollah to have been killed during the eight-month hostilities between Israel and Lebanon.
Hezbollah named the dead commander as Taleb Abdullah in a press release.
Anonymous sources claim that the IDF did not release a statement.
Sources who spoke under condition of anonymity said that the role of the commander in Hezbollah is as important as Wissam Twil’s, a senior Hezbollah leader killed in an Israeli attack in January.
Unconfirmed reports on X claim that the IDF was given information about a secret gathering and decided to crash it.

It comes just days after the heroic release of four hostages. The operation is now called Operation Arnon. Protests have broken out in the U.S., and criticism from around the world has increased. Were we really expecting Israel to be praised for the bravest, most masterful rescue operation in history? It’s possible they could cure cancer and it would somehow turn against them.
Chaos broke out in New York when protestors demanded a “Day of Rage”, in revenge for the attack. Some organized a funeral for the “martyrs”, or, as some call them, monsters. The protesters also gathered in front of Nova Festival’s exhibit that honored those who had been murdered.
What does the IDF actually do? The IDF keeps going, unfazed. They are here to prove that they won’t back down.
Many Israelis have been forced to leave their homes due to the hostilities between Israel and its proxy backed by Iran. Israel is sending a message loud and clear that it means business. Israel has reportedly killed 300 Hezbollah fighters since October 7.
In response to the downed drone, IDF also struck a “significant compound” on Tuesday.
Hezbollah’s source confirmed to AFP that “three Hezbollah fighters were killed” by nine Israeli missile attacks that targeted a convoy and a building in a village near the Syrian border.
Israel’s strike on Lebanon is the deepest ever.
Israel’s hostilities with the terrorist group in their northern front seem to be escalating to a full-scale war. This could only be prevented by a swift and strong military response. Israel has proven in the past eight months that it is here to stay, and they are ready to fight.
Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, said on Wednesday that anyone who thinks they can harm us while we sit by and do nothing is making a mistake.
“We are ready for a very aggressive action in the North.”
