Boston Globe’s Open Letter: A Bold Message to Biden, Obama, Clinton, and More

Published on

The Boston Globe, along with the New York Times and many other Democrats, has pleaded for President Biden’s resignation.

It’s like listening to a song that keeps repeating. It’s the end of the world when left-wing politicians, donors, media outlets, and megadonors call out the President for betraying and sinking the Democrat vessel with his stubbornness. They are being ignored and learning how it feels to have their interests pushed aside by a man’s political agenda. Welcome to the democratic world.

In a letter, the board of The Boston Globe expressed their disillusionment with the current state of the nation and their fear.

The board stated that “the nation’s trust has been shaken” and that the remaining question is not whether the president will win, but whether he can govern.

Both ways are a disaster for the Democrats. Now, there is no way out.

The board says that Biden’s legacy could be at stake. If he quits the race, his party will hail him as a hero. “If he wins and stays on, it would be a disaster.”

Legally, it is not as simple as they claim. Even if they could, there isn’t anyone that can beat Trump. The closest that VP Kamala Harris has been to Biden in the polls is 2 points.

This is her highest approval rating, likely due to necessity.

The Boston Globe remains optimistic about the alternatives.

Several candidates could take on Trump, from Kamalah Harris, the Vice President, to the Governors of Michigan and Pennsylvania. The board stated that all they needed was for Biden graciously to withdraw from the race, allowing his delegates the opportunity to vote for someone else during the Democratic National Convention.

It would be difficult, if not nearly impossible for the Democratic Party to change their candidate. Biden stepping down would be the easiest way to go, but that doesn’t mean it will make it easy for anyone to replace him.

The Boston Globe called on other prominent Democrats to do their part to help save the burning ship.

The board stated that top Democrats must now step in to convince Biden to give up, noting former presidents Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Senate Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffreys, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and South Carolina Rep. James Clyburn. “The man who did the most to make Biden’s nomination for 2020.”

Although their letter was touching, the decision had already been made. Biden is clear he won’t step down. Republicans can enjoy their validation that everything they said about Biden’s state of health is true. This will hopefully lead to others seeing the truth about the Democrat Party.

The group’s best interests are not their main concern, but the few at the top. It’s time to expose their methods, as they go against all that America stands for.
