The violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua has reportedly taken over apartment buildings in Aurora Colorado. Its members are alleged to have charged rent for the apartments that they had seized, sold drugs, and engaged in sex trafficking. Residents report feeling helpless, and like no one is helping them.
Aurora PD assisted on Wednesday, announcing that eight gang members had been arrested and two others were still being sought. Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman, Council Member, and Public Safety chair Danielle Jurinsky released a joint statement with “full approval” from the city manager and Aurora Police Department.
“APD arrested people who were suspected of having TdA connections, but this was not confirmed. These arrests took place long before the TdA scandal in Colorado gained national attention. APD has linked 10 people with TdA, and arrested eight of them,” the statement said.

The statement continues:
Two of the eight people who were arrested were involved in an incident that occurred in July at one of several properties in the city where TdA issues have been reported. With these arrests, we can confirm that criminal activities, including TdA, have significantly affected the properties.”
Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan prison gang, has many members in the United States who are illegal immigrants. The charges include child abuse and attempted first-degree killing, as well as illegal discharge of firearms.
Colorado is a sanctuary, and Biden-Harris has practically put out a welcome mat on the southern border. This has led to gang activity increasing. Authorities are investigating Tren de Aragua’s activity in Arapahoe County, Denver, and other areas.
Video like this does not make it unfounded in my eyes.
EXCLUSIVE: We have obtained more footage of violence at the Whispering Pines apartments in Aurora, Colorado. The Biden-Harris Administration subsidized this chaos through a network of government agencies and left-wing NGOs. Reported with @ChoeShow and @Buttonslives. pic.twitter.com/IW1dO1tnI3

It is encouraging to see that the authorities are finally taking this issue seriously and cracking down. It remains to be asked, however: Why was this allowed in the first instance? Answer: Biden-Harris and their complete deconstruction of the border policies of former president Trump. I doubt that this will be the last time we hear about such issues.
