Steve Bannon, former Trump adviser and now podcaster “War Room”, has been released from prison. With just one week until the historic November 5th election, he is free to resume his mic at his podcast.

He’s going to fight:

The MAGA media firebrand, with his “War Room”, has created one of the most powerful platforms for the right. He can now return to the mic for the final week of the 2024 campaign.

What Bannon is saying: Bannon said to Axios he felt “amazing, and most importantly empowered,” after four months in prison.

In a text, he predicted that former president Trump “will win and [have] the chance to win big – complete repudiation by elites.”

Bannon claimed that the prison sentence did not break Bannon:

You can see now why they tried to silence him before the elections. His words are more powerful than Chris Christie

Bannon continued to say we should “CRUSH” the voters at the polls on Monday. He gave @charliekirk11 a shoutout for their work. Thank God for the freedom of his son.

Podcaster behind bars after his role in January 6 protests.

Bannon was sentenced to four months in prison for contempt of Congress after refusing to obey a subpoena relating to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6.

A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed to Axios that he was released from Danbury federal prison at 3:15 am on Tuesday.

Bannon was sent to prison early in July after the Supreme Court denied his final attempt to delay his sentence.

Bannon was found guilty of two counts in July 2022 of contempt for Congress after he refused to comply with a subpoena issued by the select committee that investigated the Capitol Riot on January 6, 2022.

He said that he had “no regrets about the way he handled the situation.”

Bannon will resume his podcast immediately. His legal problems are still not over.

Bannon is facing additional criminal charges before a New York State court. The charge alleges that he defrauded donors who donated money for the construction of a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border. Bannon has denied money laundering, conspiracy, and fraud charges. The trial is set to start in December.

He will hold a press conference in Manhattan later on Tuesday. It will be a fascinating event, whether you are a fan of his or not.
