All of us are aware of the upcoming presidential election. It is, like every other presidential election, largely centered on economic issues. That’s understandable. The people tend to vote according to their financial interests. 2024 is not an exception. Immigration, and in particular illegal migration, is a major issue. Why?
Maynor Francisco Hernandez-Rodas is an illegal alien from Guatemala who has been arrested.
Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston arrested a 38-year-old Guatemalan citizen who was illegally in the country. He is accused of raping a Massachusetts Minor. Officers from ERO Boston arrested Maynor Francis Hernandez-Rodas on September 20th in Lowell.
Patricia H. Hyde, acting Field Office Director of ERO Boston, said: “Mayor Francisco Hernandez Rodas is accused of horrendous crimes against a Massachusetts Child.” “He is a danger to our children and we won’t tolerate it.” ERO Boston continues to place public safety first by arresting and removing non-citizen threats that are egregious from New England neighborhoods.
Hernandez illegally entered the United States at an unknown time, in an unknown place, and without any inspection, admission, or parole from a U.S. Immigration official.
Hernandez was in the country illegally. Nobody knows how he entered (“unknown location, unknown date”) and he did not even face an inspection. We don’t know who this man is, but we now know what he can do.
The worst is yet to come.
Hernandez was convicted of the crime of breach of tranquility by Bridgeport District Court in Connecticut on September 16, 2011. The court sentenced Hernandez to six months of prison, followed by six months suspended and one-year probation.
Hernandez was fined $100 by the Norwalk District Court in Connecticut on May 15, 2016. He was convicted of the crime of breaching the peace.
Hernandez was arrested by the Lowell Police Department on June 14, 2024, for aggravated child rape and child rape with force.
ERO Boston filed an immigration detainer with MCHOC on June 28, 2008.
The Middlesex Superior Court indicted Hernandez on Sept. 4, for aggravated child rape with force, and rape a child using force.
The Middlesex Superior Court dismissed ERO Boston’s detainer of immigration and released Hernandez on an unknown date.
He served six months for a 2011 conviction of breaching peace but was not expelled.
Five years later he was again convicted of breaching peace. He received a $100 fine but was not expelled.
In 2024, he finally was arrested in Lowell, Massachusetts, for the horrific charges listed above: aggravated rape and rape with the force of a minor. This was June 14th. Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston (ERO), filed an immigration detainer on June 28th. Hernandez was charged with these charges on the 4th of September. After that, the Middlesex Superior Court ignored the immigration detainer, and Hernandez was put back on the streets.
ERO Boston finally caught up to Hernandez, and as of the 20th of September, he’s back in his rightful place, the Hoosegow.
Bill Melugin, Fox News’ Bill Melugin, has written a summary for X.
NEW: ICE Boston says a Guatemalan illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway & was charged in June w/ aggravated forcible rape of a Massachusetts child was shielded by sanctuary policies in Middlesex County, MA, which ignored ICE’s detainer & released him into the community…

Bill Melugin posted the following:
ICE Boston reports that a Guatemalan illegal immigrant who was arrested in June for aggravated rape and was released into the community by Middlesex County in MA without warning was protected by sanctuary policies. ICE Boston tracked him down in Lowell, MA and arrested him. They had to use limited ICE resources to do this and risk the safety of officers. He could have been handed over safely at the county court or jail. ICE claims that the Middlesex Superior Court, not the jail, ignored the detainer request in this case.
How many incidents are needed before American politicians begin to take the border crisis more seriously? Democrats are particularly quick to shout out “RACIST!” Anyone who questions the practice of allowing millions of unscreened, unknown people to flood the country is branded a racist. There is nothing inherently racist about wanting to secure our borders. It is not racist to want the people who we let into our country to go through a screening process. There is also nothing racist in deporting people who enter the country illegally, especially if the person commits additional crimes.
Early and mail-in balloting is underway with less than a week to go. In this race, one party would have deported Maynor Fernando Hernandez-Rodas for his first offense. One party would have deported him after his first offense. It’s a choice you don’t have to make.
