United Cajun Navy’s Brian Trascher Confirms Blackhawk Chopper ‘Rotor Washed’ Critical NC Resource Site

A viral X post about the failure of the federal government in Western North Carolina has sparked a lot more anger and conspiracy theories.

A helicopter “rotor-washed” the POD center on Sunday evening, October 6. The United Cajun Navy had been distributing relief supplies to those affected by Hurricane Helene. As this area was a no-fly zone, the sight of a helicopter hovering 500 feet above the ground was incredibly frightening. The UCN reported on its X Page.

Our first swamp tour is now free! Whoever the douche nozzle that intentionally rotor-washed the Burnsville POD was, this was an aggressive act that violated a $hitload good @FAANews law! Our logo is visible on the supplies. We’ll contact you soon if you want to remain anonymous!

Brian Trascher confirmed the facts to those who dismissed them as “fake” news. He did this by showing screenshots from a text message sent by one of his volunteers.

Trascher said in a telephone interview that the text was just one example. Trascher stated that after studying the videos and listening to the eyewitness reports of the staff and volunteers at the site, UCN determined that the helicopter was most likely a UH60 Blackhawk and the pilots wore military headgear.

It takes two people to fly. Both were wearing the standard DOD headgear.

The video taken by a bystander at the site has also been leaked. There was much commentary and speculation about the involvement of the government — that this was a deliberate act, as well as the usual full-on conspiracy theories about Hurricane Helene.

Trascher’s team is investigating, but it is still speculative who the perpetrators might be and what their motivations may have been.

It could have been an explosive. I don’t even know if the person was a military member. I mean, frankly, as an organization, leadership has been a bit hardline today about this and, you’re right, we think it’s better to move to Florida than to try to find out what happened.

Trascher reiterated UCN’s commitment to providing the first response after a disaster.

UCN has now shifted its focus to Florida as Hurricane Milton, an unstoppable Category 5 monster, is threatening the state. They are also winding down operations in Western North Carolina.

You know, we’re about to deploy to Florida, which is a whole different animal than North Carolina. If we don’t run into the same roadblocks and threats and, you know, hostile actions from a helicopter, then we’ll just assume that it has something to do with North Carolina. It’s the state.

De facto, it is the leadership of the state. If you compare North Carolina Democrat Roy Cooper to Florida Republican Ron DeSantis in terms of leadership, disaster preparation, and response, it’s like comparing Imane Khilif, an Olympic female boxer, with Muhammed Ali, the late great.

Trascher mentioned FEMA briefly and said that their glacial response is not a flaw, but a feature.

We do our best in explaining to people that FEMA, the National Guard, and other agencies are not first or second responders. It takes the 800-pound gorilla a while to get up and move, but the people are impatient. We’re the three first things to arrive on the ground.

In light of the threat of Hurricane Milton, Trascher mentioned DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ claim that FEMA funding for hurricane response was running short and made this observation: “He said he didn’t have enough money for another major storm, and God heard him.”
