Kamala Gets the Final Laugh as DNC Staffers Fume Over Job Cuts Amid Financial Woes

The financial damage that Kamala Harris and her campaign have caused to the Democrat Party has only just begun to be revealed.

We have previously covered the impact of Harris’s campaign’s extreme spending, in which the Democrat candidate for president spent an unprecedented amount of cash within a short period.

The forensic analysis of Kamala’s spending sprees is one of the most interesting post-mortems of the presidential election. She managed to spend over $1 billion in just 107 days as the Democrat Party candidate.

Every day after the election, it seems that more and more information is revealed about how rashly Harris’ campaign spent money donated by its donors. In the final days of her campaign, the Harris campaign spent $2.8M on private jet travel. So much for the protection of the environment!

The Democrat National Committee is only now realizing the consequences of all this spending. The Democrat National Committee (DNC) is reportedly drowning in debt of $20 million, thanks to Kamala Harris’s reckless spending. It has to take drastic measures to keep the lights lit.

It is a bad situation for a political party facing at least ten years of wilderness. The fact that the left will be unable to pay its bills in 2026 shows how irresponsible they are when it comes to fiscal management. The cost of the left’s fiscal mismanagement must be paid by someone, but in typical Washington, D.C. fashion, the staffers are the ones who have to pay.

The DNC began drastic reductions in their workforce on Wednesday. They went into effect Friday, and there was no severance payment. The union representing DNC employees – they are, of course, unionized – is not happy.

It was not the usual post-election purge of temporary staff. This seems to have affected people who were considered permanent staff. Some of them have worked for the DNC for a decade. This comment by a fired DNC staffer is on the mark:

If they want to be a party of workers, they need to show more respect for the people who work there. It’s clear that voters are also feeling the same way.

The DNC’s insiders are trying to minimize the layoffs by saying, “This is what happens if you lose. There is a whole generation that has never experienced a truly devastating loss. We’re not trying to slander people.”

Although it is never pleasant to hear about people losing their jobs, especially at the beginning of the holiday season. It’s also hard to feel sorry for them because the DNC has spent months boasting about the huge sums of cash they brought in after the coup to replace Joe Biden on the presidential ticket with Kamala. Oh, how they were pleased to have bagged $500 million during the first month of Harris’ campaign.

It’s a fact: Democrats are very good at spending the money of other people.

The Democrat party is a party that has no consequences. They own the media, the government, the entertainment industry, the institutions of higher education, etc., so there are never any repercussions. Donald Trump has changed the game. Democrats now realize that they are not the unstoppable force they thought they were. They are facing a Donald Trump-shaped speed bump.

It remains to be determined whether the Democrat Party can rein in its drunken sailor-like spending habits. But, for now, it’s the Republican Party that you would rather be as we move into 2025.
