Some of the things that brought down the Democrats in 2024 are obvious and others are not. There’s often not much discussion about some of these issues because the media won’t address them.
It’s clear that at this point in history, the media tends to be untrustworthy and to lean to the left so much that it can fall over. It’s not necessary to mention how many times the media has lied about Donald Trump or any of his supporters over the past eight years. This led people into a frenzy that resulted in at least two assassination efforts.
The Democrats have relied on the media’s complicity and obedience for decades. They know they can count on it to deliver messages and narratives. For the decades they worked together, they could pass off any lie or false narrative with impunity.
Then the internet came along, social media was created, and a person named Elon Musk bought one of these sites and called it “X.”
At that point, everything changed. Musk wanted X to be a site that emphasized free speech and not just speech that catered to leftist narratives. The truth began to be told and information started flowing freely. Stories that had been suppressed began to circulate without restrictions. Narratives that the left used to easily create were also dying.
X was the source of news for the current times, and despite the gnashing teeth and rending garments of the left, their outrage fell flat. The corporate media was no longer a Goliath. It became a sideshow. It was a powerful sideshow but still a sideshow.
The ability of the mainstream media to spread lies has been greatly reduced, yet the Democrats still can’t let go of their power.
Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, for example, is an excellent example of Democrats who can’t let go. AOC, one of the youngest members of Congress, still uses the old methods of Democrat propaganda. She lies blatantly on corporate news programs, believing that the media would then spread her message to the public.
Last week, she said on Joy Reid’s program that Tulsi was “pro-war” with a straight faced. Tulsi Gabbard has shown that she is not pro-war by refusing to fund the proxy conflict with Russia in Ukraine. Joy Reid repeated Hillary Clinton’s lie that Gabbard is a Russian asset.
AOC said that a Tulsi Gabrield nomination would be a war-promoting nomination worldwide. “Point blank, period.”

Gabbard is adamantly anti-war. She notes that wars are expensive and undermine national security.

Gabbard has shown that she is not a pushover. Gabbard understands when a trigger is needed and that some enemies will not be pacified. But she’s no friend of warmongers.
AOC is trying to get around all this reality, by sending a message to Reid, in the hope that Reid will plant the seed in her mind and the minds of other corporate journalists. Then, they will repeat the lie until people believe it is true. Soon, Tulsi Gabrield, who is one of the most antiwar people in America, will be branded a psychopath by Americans.
Let’s not pretend. AOC is very out of touch, despite being the youngest member of Congress. It’s not the way it is anymore.
The moment she said it, her lie was dead. The citizens themselves shot it down. All kinds of people came forward to prove that AOC’s claims were false.
AOC, Joy Reid, and the corporate media were embarrassed and discredited once again.
The Democrats either cling to their old ways, unwilling to let go of their former power over the minds of people, or they believe that if they persist in this, they will one day regain that power.
It’s not. These days are over. The old media landscape has become stale. This is an old model. This change will become more obvious once older generations, who used corporate media to get their news, pass away.
The technology evolves, and so does society. From the discovery of fire to the invention of the telegraph, mankind has evolved along with its discoveries and innovations. X was a game changer for humanity, radically changing the world. These changes are not fully understood by many people, and the shift is still being realized.
The Democrats have fallen behind in this shift, and as a result, they are now presenting an emperor without clothes. They are lying to you to manipulate you. Now you can see them abuse you in real-time. Media protection is not available to protect them as frauds.
You are the new media. The new media is you. It’s not the elite. You and I.
This is an amazing development. Information should not be controlled by a single entity as this will lead to corruption. As Democrats like AOC operate the same way as before, you can see how corrupt everything is.
This is the new age.
The old guard hasn’t given up. Unfortunately, radical leftists still control the vast majority of information portals. This includes corporate news media as well as search engines. Google still has all the power it can muster, including choking off the lives of writers like myself and the websites that host me.
