President-Elect Trump Chooses Former DNI John Ratcliffe as New CIA Director

Published on

President-elect Donald Trump has appointed a new director for the Central Intelligence Agency. Trump appointed former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe for the position.

Trump wrote:

John Ratcliffe, who has been fighting for Truth and Honesty in the American Public since exposing the fake Russian collusion as a Clinton campaign operation to catching FBI abuses of Civil Liberties before the FISA court, is a true warrior. John Ratcliffe was the only one who told the American people the truth when 51 intelligence officials lied about Hunter Biden’s laptop.

It was an honor to me in 2020, for these and other reasons, to present John with the National Security Medal. This is the nation’s highest award for distinguished achievements in the fields of Intelligence, National Security, and National Security.

John will be the first person to ever hold both of our nation’s most important intelligence positions. He will be an unrelenting fighter for the Constitutional Rights of all Americans while ensuring PEACE THROUGH FORCE and the highest levels of National Security.

Ratcliffe posted the now prophetic image on X in May.

Ratcliffe warned in October that a Trump administration will face many challenges after four years with open borders under Biden and Harris, and an increase in crime.

Ratcliffe, without a title of administrative authority, has been able to keep his finger on national intelligence and policy.

Ratcliffe, as DNI, was the principal advisor on intelligence to President Trump. He also helped coordinate intelligence operations across all 18 U.S. agencies of intelligence, primarily the CIA and FBI. As the former executive leader of the United States Intelligence Community, a Member of the National Security Council, and a Member of the Homeland Security Council, Director Ratcliffe carefully monitored developments surrounding homeland security, cybersecurity, counterintelligence, counterproliferation, and counterterrorism.

Ratcliffe was the U.S. Rep for the 4th Congressional District in Texas before he became DNI. Ratcliffe was a member of the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees and the Homeland Security Committee’s Cybersecurity Committee as a congressman. Ratcliffe was a United States District attorney for the Eastern District of Texas before he was elected to Congress.
