The Biden and Harris Administration has spent millions of dollars on a project to educate gay men in Malaysia on how they can engage in drug-fueled, sexual activity safely.
This report is not meant to be a joke, but to inform the reader and let them draw their conclusions. This report is an ostensible reference to Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which was announced recently.
The University of Connecticut received a grant of $3,4 million from the U.S. National Institute of Health in July for the development of a “JumCare” mobile app. UCONN describes the app as:
A smartphone-based adaptive intervention, called Just-in-Time, aims to improve access to HIV and substance-use-related harm-reduction services for Malaysian GBMSM (gay, bisexual, and other men having sex with males) who engage in chemsex.
Let’s start with a simple definition. The Rainbow Project defines chemsex as:
Chemsex involves the use of drugs during a sexual relationship. Chemsex is more common in gay men and bisexuals.
The site goes on to explain “chemsex” and the “dos or don’ts.”
Daily Caller reports that the Biden-Harris administration, led by the NIH, has spent $773.845 on a 90-day test to determine the effectiveness of JomCare for 482 gay Malaysians involved in chemsex. They will also spend $191,417 in 2022 to “enable access to gender-affirming healthcare for transgender women and men in Malaysia.”
It is not a harmless term. This includes irreversible hormone treatments that may cause infertility and irreversible surgeries like mastectomies or castrations.
A State Department official told the Daily Caller News Foundation that expanding LGBT rights is a “foreign policy priority” of the Biden-Harris administration. Biden told federal department heads that they should advance the human rights of LGBTQI+ individuals.
The memo sent by the White House in 2021 says:
Lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgenders, queer people, and intersex activists are fighting for equality and freedom against violence all over the world. This includes right here in the United States. We should speak out and stand up for our values.
UCONN Today spoke to the developer of JomCare who told them:
In Malaysia, our research has revealed that harm reduction services for GBMSMs (gays, gays, bisexuals, and other men who engage chemsex), are not being adequately provided. Smartphone applications and other mHealth Services are an effective and promising way to improve access to these services.
According to Equaldex, a digital publication on LGBTQ+ rights, homosexuality is illegal in Malaysia and punishable by imprisonment. The capital crime of drug trafficking is the illegal sale and distribution of drugs.
