Kamala Harris is all but gone since Donald Trump won the election, but this hasn’t stopped the criticisms from her side. Some Democrats claim she ran a “flawless ” campaign that lost the popular vote by a landslide in the Electoral College, but others speak more honestly. Alex Cooper, the host of “Call Her Daddy”, is one such person.

 

You may remember the name of the podcast because Kamala Harris had an infamous interview on the show after spending six figures in campaign cash to build a special set in a “random house” that looked like it had been sourced from Hobby Lobby.

 

 

Look at it. It could have been built by a contractor for only $10,000 in one day. The Harris campaign spent over $100,000 on the project. It was a payoff of another embarrassing interview in which the vice president rants about abortion as she loses the 2024 elections.

 

How much did this set “cost”? Cooper was asked recently about this topic.

 

 

REPORTER: This interview took place in Washington D.C.

 

COOPER: Yeah…

 

REPORTER: I was in a hotel…

 

COOPER: No, it’s not a hotel. It was like a random home.

 

REPORTER: It looked like a random home, but you can tell me that the Harris campaign has spent about $100,000.

 

COOPER: Yes, I saw that. It’s hilarious.

 

REPORTER: To build the studio

 

COOPER: No, it’s not true.

 

REPORTER: To make it look like the studio you used in L.A.

 

COOPER: I’m not sure how the cardboard walls in my studio, which is beautiful and gorgeous, could have cost $6,000.

 

REPORTER: Do you think that they did it?

 

COOPER: No, absolutely not. Oh my God! It was beautiful, but not that nice. It was not like marble. It was not six-figure money.

 

Cooper may be saying that the report was not true, or she could be implying the money spent was not above board because the set couldn’t possibly have been used. In any case, Harris was roasted. Cooper points out that cardboard walls with knickknacks on top of a 100-square-foot floor do not cost six figures. Where did the money end up?

 

This is a question that deserves an answer. However, campaign finance appears to be a black hole of accountability, unless you are talking about Donald Trump. A prosecution is then brought against a Quickbooks entry based on an innovative legal theory that was beyond the statute of limitation.

 

 

Why was the campaign so fixated on getting podcasters to come to Harris? Joe Rogan was offered an hour-long interview with her, but they demanded he fly out to meet the vice president. Cooper declined the offer, but it was probably the final straw for him to endorse Trump.

 

The Harris campaign was a total mess. The Harris campaign was a complete mess. Not only did the campaign have a billion dollars, but the timeline meant that the money would have been more effective. A normal campaign would’ve had to spend hundreds of millions of dollars just to keep its head above the water during the summer. Harris was able to focus her money and energy on promoting the election and avoid the summer campaigning.

 

She and her campaign have failed miserably in this regard, and the money they spent, and how they spent it, raises questions about the events that took place. Someone got very rich and I would like to find out who.
