Conservatives have been raising the alarm for years about child grooming. It is because of leftist legislators who think that introducing LGBTQ propaganda into the school curriculum for children is positive. Some teachers are enthusiastically in agreement with this.

Disney’s hypersexualized content and so-called “kid-friendly” drag queens are also major flashpoints in the national discussion about what should be done to protect parents and children against predatory individuals or entities.

Leftist activists, political leaders, and media figures are outraged by these concerns. Many conservatives have called the fears of their opponents “overblown”. Twitter’s former leadership banned the term “groomer” when used to describe members of the LGBTQ community.

Darrin Bell was one of those who opposed the campaigns to raise awareness about these issues. He was a Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist who has published in newspapers such as the Washington Post, Sacramento Bee, and others.

Here’s an example:

Bell’s opposition to the term may have been a covert attempt to conceal a deeper secret.

A cartoonist, author, and comic strip creator from Sacramento has been arrested on suspicion of possessing and creating pornography involving children.

Investigators with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office have arrested Darrin Bell, 49. He was a Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist in 2019 for Editorial Cartooning. Deputies were serving a warrant at Bell’s home in south Sacramento, following an investigation by the Sacramento Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Detectives Task Force.

It was reported that this was the first time the task force had arrested AI-generated material. The law was amended on January 1 to include this.

This is what happened according to an official Facebook post from the Sacramento Sheriff’s office.

Sacramento Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Detectives investigated a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. A tip about child pornography, or Child Sex Abuse Material (CSAM), was received by the Sacramento Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Detectives.

Bell’s residence was searched by ICAC detectives yesterday morning (15 January). Detectives recovered evidence related to the case, as well as computer-generated/AI CSAM. Bell was arrested and booked in the Sacramento County Main Jail on suspicion of possessing CSAM. He is being held in custody on a $1 million bail. His court date will be January 17.

While some conservatives were surprised at the arrest of Bell, others did not find it surprising.
