“Bling Empire: New York” star Lynn Ban has died. She was 52.

Ban’s son Sebastian shared an emotional tribute to his mom on social media.

“My mum died on Monday.” “I know she wanted people to hear about her experience after her brain surgery and accident, so I thought one last post would be a nice way to let her supporters know,” read the post. It was accompanied by pictures of Ban.

“Many of you have followed my mother but never had the opportunity to meet or know her personally. I’d like to tell you who my mum was. She has always been and will continue to be my best friend and mother, someone who cares for everyone.”

He continued, “She was always smiling even during the tough times of her recovery. She is the strongest person I know. She was the coolest and funniest mum I’ve ever known. She cared for me, my father, and the entire family her whole life. Even though she’s gone, I will make sure that her life is celebrated and remembered as it should be.”

Ban’s son sent his mother a final message that said, “I’ll miss you forever,” and concluded with something his mother always told him: “I love more than life itself.”

In the weeks leading up to her demise, the reality TV star revealed harrowing details of how she had emergency brain surgery following a brain bleeding from a skiing accident in Aspen.

“And in a blink of an eye… life can change.”On Christmas Eve, while on vacation in Aspen with my family, I suffered a skiing accident that changed my life,” Ban shared this story on Instagram.

“At the top of the hill, I caught a snag and face-planted. It wasn’t that bad because I always wear my helmet. I was able to ski down to the bottom.”

Ban explained that she was going to have her concussion checked by the ski patrol.

The paramedic recommended that Ban undergo a CAT scan at the hospital after she complained of a minor headache.

“Within 30 minutes, they informed us that I had a head bleed and would need to be airlifted from the trauma hospital. The last thing I recall was being intubated, and then waking up from an emergency craniotomy,” Ban said. She also mentioned that her partner Jett Kain (who starred on the show “Bling Empire: New York”) stood by her.

She posted photos of her half-shaven head filled with stitches and she was intubated on a hospital bed with tubes in her mouth and back of her head.

“The road to recovery is long, but I am grateful for the ski patrol and the amazing team of doctors and nurses… Please support my family and close friends. GOD IS GOOD.”

She concluded her post by saying, “Grateful to be blessed with a new year.”

Wang responded to her son Sebastian’s heartfelt message.

“Sebastian we’ve never met, but the way she lit up when she talked about you won’t forget. I won’t ever forget the wonderful things your mother said,” Wang wrote in the comment section.

“She was a true badass yet the kindest ray of light at the same time. Yes, she loved her fashion and her looks, but what truly mattered most to her was always you and your father, her tribe… we are all heartbroken.”
