DOJ Sparks Outrage With 12-Hour Window for Migrants to Appeal Deportation

This whole situation with illegal immigration is exactly what we’ve been predicting on this program. The drive-by media won’t tell you this, but the Biden administration failed spectacularly at protecting our borders. And now, they’re giving these so-called “migrants” a free pass to stay in our country!

The Department of Justice is giving these illegal aliens “no less than 12 hours” to contest their deportation orders. Can you believe this? Twelve hours! That’s like giving a burglar time to redecorate your living room before calling the cops!

Some ICE bureaucrat named Carlos Cisneros ADMITTED that these illegals get “a reasonable amount of time” to file their fancy lawyer papers. And if they say they want to stay? They get even MORE time! It’s like we’re running a five-star hotel for criminals, not a country!

The liberals are crying about how this isn’t enough time. Not enough time? When I was growing up, if you broke the law, you didn’t get any time. You got handcuffs! But now, we’re giving free phone calls and legal advice to people who shouldn’t even be here in the first place!

The Trump administration tried to use an actual law, the Alien Enemies Act, to protect us from dangerous Venezuelan gangs. But no, the left couldn’t have that! They’d rather let these “hybrid criminal state” invaders waltz right in. It’s MADNESS!

Now, the ACLU is whining that 12 hours isn’t enough time. Well, here’s a thought: how about ZERO hours? How about we enforce our laws and protect our borders? Is that too much to ask in Biden’s America?

This is just the beginning of the left’s plan to turn our country into a welcome mat for criminals and terrorists. They want open borders, they want to destroy our national identity, and they’re using YOUR tax dollars to do it!
